- The male receptionist was rude to me after I arrived at almost 4 in the morning because of a 6-hour delayed flight. I was visibly exhausted, he did not show any kindness towards me. He had cancelled my reservation and got clearly upset when I asked him to explain to me in English bc I don’t understand Spanish. Got to my room and the bathroom door lock didn’t work. I’m a woman and there were 3 guys in the room. How could I take a shower in a bathroom that doesn’t lock with 3 men in the room? The bathrooms downstairs (that don’t have a shower btw) were filthy with actual feces rubbed on the outside of the toilet.

- Pasé una noche en el hotel, en una habitación compartida. Durante la madrugada, uno de los huéspedes llegó en evidente estado de embriaguez, encendió todas las luces, hizo mucho ruido y, finalmente, vomitó, generando un olor muy desagradable. Esta situación despertó a todos los que estábamos descansando y resultó muy incómoda. Considero que no se debería permitir la entrada a una habitación compartida a un huésped en esas condiciones, ya que supone una clara falta de respeto hacia los demás. Además, el hotel debería haber pedido disculpas al resto de los huéspedes, ya que el incidente ocurrió durante la noche y afectó al descanso de todos

+ Fotos não estão 100% idênticas ao atual estado do hotel. A localização é ótima, entretanto ainda que o hostel estivesse vazio, fiquei no 1o piso e não dormi a noite toda por conta do barulho.
- Quarto com armários velhos, portas não fechavam direito, a única janela do quarto não fechava, o banheiro é horrível (pequeno, escuro, não temos aonde apoiar nada na hora de tomar banho e o sabonete líquido era péssimo), o único ponto positivo foi o atendimento no check-in e check-out.

Extremely disorganized staff - one writes something down, the next one does not know about it. Extremely poor experience all together. Super old and unsafe lockers, no curtains on beds, sinks super loud and in the middle of the room and old/fallen apart bathroom . Air conditioning was broken and not fixed after asking several times. Extremely disorganized staff!!!
U get what u pay for
Good value hostel. I think the room I was in was a bit odd given there was no dedicated bathroom, when you left the toilet/shower which were in separate rooms you entered into the sleeping space. I also found it quite odd you have to pay 3.5 euros as of March 2026 for storing bags after checkout.
Fiquei apenas uma noite e pelo preço compensa. Está muito próximo de tudo, o quarto de 4 pessoas é grande e ótimo. Achei que estava limpo o chão, mas não tão limpo box do banheiro. Valeu a pena, pessoal atencioso, não tive problemas
I only stayed one night and the price is worth it. it is very close to everything, the room for 4 people is large and great. i thought the floor was clean, but not so clean the bathroom box. it was worth it, attentive staff, i had no problems
The staff was amazing!!! Super helpful and friendly. Location is great, I was able to do everything I wanted walking to places. Felt safe at all times there. The only thing is that the quality of the place didn’t really match the price. The rooms were small, with only one shower and toilet in a room shared by 8 people. And the shower in my room turned off every minute, and you had to turn it back on every single time. Also very small shower and toilet space. But it was an overall good experien...
El Hostel en general está bien, pero se nota que le falta mantenimiento. Me he quedado anteriormente en el de Chueca y no estaba tan deteriorado como este.
The hostel in general is fine, but you can notice that it lacks maintenance. i have stayed in the hostel of chueca before and it was not as deteriorated as this one.
Only stayed one night but enough to see the bed needs an upgrade. As I stayed on the bottom bed I hit my head quite a few times in the metal frame above and I’m not even tall. The spaces between the top bed and the bottom one are far too small. Was missing the private curtains as well. Overall the bed was comfortable and clean, spacious rooms and lockers, great location. The staff were super nice as well and the breakfast is quite good for the price.
En las habitaciones compartidas los lavamanos están afuera y puede llegar a ser bastante molesto.
In shared rooms the sinks are outside and can become quite annoying.
