Yolo Hostel Kadikoy

When I went to the facility after making a reservation, they told me there was a problem with the system and victimized me. I never trust them.

Sadly Bedbugs. Got covered in bites, I hope they fix this asap.

they force me change room when I read comments I realised they do that often so they can give room to grups

The room was in a basement and had no set up for lighting for beds etc. The wash rooms didnt smell pleasant. Asides this, the location in incredible and the staff were helpful.

Careful booking the 4 dorm bedroom, they might just put you in a shabby basement room with NO natural light. For me one night it didnt matter, but still a bit of a odd imo!

Die Lage ist gut und die Mitarbeitenden sind nett. Das Vierbettzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr klein und die Luft extrem schlecht. Man kann nicht richtig lüften, da dass Fenster winzig ist. Die Matratzen sehen alt aus, habe zum Glück erst am Ende gesehen wie dreckig die unter dem Lacken sind. Uns wurde angeboten in Bar zu bezahlen und dafür einen Discount zu bekommen…

Ich war für eine Woche im Yolo Hostel & muss sagen, ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen, ich kam gut zur Ruhe. Das Bett war bequem, ich konnte meine Sachen verstauen & habe mich sicher gefühlt. Ein großes ABER ist die Hygiene. Die Betten werden nach jedem Gast frisch bezogen, allerdings wird echt kaum geputzt, entstaubt, etc. Vor allem das Bad war sehr unhygienisch. Selbst wenn die Mitbewohner hygienisch sind, es fühlt sich nicht sauber an, die Dusche schimmelt, überall Staub, Haare, usw.

The ultimate experience. Staff is accommodating and very friendly. I think just about perfect. Nice rooms, include a fridge, super efficient and frequent cleaning. 3 coffees and one breakfast 700 tl, that close to 20 usd cost wise seems a bit steep, but Turkey has become incredibly expensive in general.

Location is good. The people working there are helpful. It's a clean hostel, I recommend it.

Great location: close to the ferry pier. The staff is nice and the hostel has everything you might need except for towels. You need to have your own. I had a good night sleep there and can certainly recommend it for a short stay.

It was a nice stay there. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very friendly, especially Roni, who was very helpful

Loved this place. Comfortable beds and pillows, great with the bed curtain and charging next to your bed. Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff! Absolutely recommend!

The place has a lot of potential! However, it would really benefit from a few fixes: e.g. windows and curtains that don’t close, lose faucets etc. The bar would be a great place to meet other travelers if it was a bit more affordable

Great hostel,super social and easy to meet people as a solo traveler,the staff is always ready to help and assist when you ask them and the area really gives you the local feel of Istanbul compared to the European side. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!!

Overall a good stay. The location was the best thing for me as I wanted to stay on the Asian side of the city without spending too much. When I was coming to the hostel in the evening, there was limited space for socialising and after midnight you have to be quiet as there is a dorm on the ground floor. Also, outside you can’t really interact as the neighbours are complaining in the late evening. Could be nice to have a space for guests to meet each other.

Amazing hostel!! The people working there are very kind. The atmosphere is nice and the dorms are nice and clean! The neighbourhood is amazing too! I would recommend and I'll come back:)

Buon ostello, piccolo con l’essenziale, poco spazio per socializzare. Posizione buona e letti con tendina, ambiente generalmente rilassato. Nel mio letto la presa della corrente non funzionava e non c’era un poggia oggetti. Il bagno in camera non é stato lavato durante i 4 giorni di soggiorno. Prezzo buono Valutate voi

Cheap and best option in Kadikoy.

Loved staying at this hostel. Beds are comfortable, location is great and ppl are chill. All in all, I would stay here again if I come back to Istanbul;)

Nous avons été charmé par le lieu et les gens. Nous recommanderions simplement une lumière table de nuit supplémentaire dans la chambre.

the matresses are very nice, definitely bettbetter than my dormitory one. the staff is very nice and the food they have there is also amazing. its very clean and safe hostels 10/10.
