Très bon hostel, bien situé et personnel sympathique. Seul bémol c’est le manque de salle de bain/WC
Is an ok hostel in a great spot. Lots of amenities missing, bedrooms really basic and with outdoor noise, poor breakfast, toilets having issues with the sink, no shampoo, making even a bit expensive for it's price. Just very basic with some drop offs. On the good side the stuff was pristine. Always smiling and ready to help and ready to assist. The location is very central.
Es ist kein besonders soziales Hostel, aber für mich war es perfekt. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer und hab meine Auszeit von Schlafsälen und viel socializen sehr genossen :) Besonders positiv möchte ich die Sauberkeit hervorheben und dass die Badezimmer immer mit Klo, Dusche und Waschbecken in einem Raum waren. Somit hatte man auch dort komplette Privatsphäre!

- For 30£ a night I was expecting the mattresses to be of good quality and supportive but they were not. They were thin and far too soft for a grown up man. Also, when I was making my own bed, I noticed a lot of dust around the pillow area (it was the bottom bed of a triple bunk bed) and items from prev guests, including old socks etc.

+ Location was good plus cereal for breakfast. Employee was nice.
- I had let them know when I was arriving but No one was there to open the door so I was locked out in the rain. I tried calling, messaging on booking, calling and messaging on social media and even emailing. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. A stranger let me in when they exited and then I had to wait until the employees returned. Was not a good start. There needs to be a better way to contact the hostel. The bunk beds were so short you can’t sit upright so it was very uncomfortable to maneuver.
+ Atendimento dos funcionários. Bom estado das instalações. Quarto com muito espaço. Disponibilidade de café, chá e cereiais. Bom local equipado para fazer lanche. Localização excelente.
- O banheiro privativo externo não é prático. Mas está em ótimo estado. Sugiro colocar mais algum móvel no quarto (mesa ou prateleira talvez...)

+ Beautifully designed interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of social places to hang, work and meet people! Awesome elevators and very comfy beds! Thoroughly recommended 👌🏼
