+ Good for the price paid. Room was large. Staff very pleasant and happy to help sort scooter etc out (though is cheaper to just go to area near bus station and do it yourself). Across the road is a nice bar by river that usually had acoustic acts on. Big communal areas to eat etc in but place generally felt very quiet, not many other guests there.

- No windows in the room to the outside made it feel a bit cave like. Not the end of the world as everything else was fine and was only a few days.

+ The location is great—quiet and peaceful by the river, yet still very convenient to get to the city’s main attractions and good restaurants. The facilities are fairly complete. Towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and a drinking water dispenser are all provided, which is really helpful.

- The main issue was cleanliness. There was quite a lot of dust inside the place, and it didn’t fully match the advertised photos. I understand that this might be due to the major flooding earlier this year and that the property may not have fully recovered yet. I truly hope the place will be able to return to its previous standards of cleanliness soon.

+ La proprietaria è stata spettacolare. Ci ha aiutato a trovare la macchina da noleggiare a un buon prezzo. Lei è davvero il punto forte di questo posto. Offrono anche una colazione che è buona, nulla di speciale ma buona.

- Loro hanno una politica per la quale non cambiano (o potrebbero non cambiare) le lenzuola dopo persone che hanno soggiornato per pochi giorni. Ho trovato le lenzuola e la tavoletta del wc sporchi. Ho pulito io il bagno mentre ho chiesto che mi venissero sostituite le lenzuola. Devo dire che lo staff è stato molto gentile e le ha cambiate. Però credo che le lenzuola e il bagno vadano dati puliti al cliente. La stanza era davvero piccola in maniera asfissiante, ma questo era scritto su booking quando ho prenotato (ho prenotato da doppia con letti a castello)

+ We were given an up grade with two large beds. The balcony was large.

- A raised barrier a metre into the room was unnecessary and potentially a hazard.. River view was blocked by trees.
