Ostello molto sporco ! Camere, bagni e aree comuni sempre in condizioni pietose , sul “rooftop” la mattina si é costretti a fare colazione su tavoli che non vengono puliti da giorni e per non parlare dell’atteggiamento dello staff, state alla larga ! Allo stesso prezzo potete trovare molto di meglio .

worst hostel i stayed at so far, there was mold on my pillow and on the mattress above. God nows where else, the whole room smelled like mold and from what i heard the other rooms weren't better. Don't stay there.

Bathroom door would not lock and would always flood, Shower was cold. There was never any toilet paper. Walls were mouldy and had a few stains on my bed. Staff weren’t very helpful when I needed assistance in getting to the train station. Pool area was nice and good location, just overall weird vibes. I think it was overpriced too.

Bathrooms were clogged and showers would flood. There was almost always something wrong with every toilet. The man at the front desk was quite rude to us. Room was very crowded and dirty.

Accueil pas du tout chaleureux. Chambre et salle de bain dans un état déplorable, je ne sais pas depuis combien de temps le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la salle de bain mais c’était affreux. Pas d’aération, odeur d’humidité et cigarette. Aucun équipement : ni casier, ni rideau, ni drap (juste une couverture sale qui gratte). do not go here - the 10* reviews are all fake. Dirty floors & beds, dorms were crowded & no curtains whatsoever. There was *black mold* everywhere, esp. next to the bed. There‘s no cover for the blanket but you do need it as the AC is blasting & they won’t put it higher. The window didn’t close, so also not very safe + plenty of insects. Had to cancel my stay after 1 night bc it was too bad to stay.

Der Preis ist nicht angemessen für die Ausstattung des hostels Für den Preis was jeder bezahlt könnten sie mehr Brötchen für das Frühstück kaufen und nicht die gelassenen Brötchen von anderen Gästen zu anderen Gästen geben.. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht so Hilfsbereich. Die Betten waren nicht stabil und sehr alt.

does the job as a bed to stay but dont expect too much

Dirty room, smelly bed, non working air conditioning, community room closes at 11pm, pool table in bad shape, staff not friendly, moldy and broken showers. Everything is without love or decoration, worn down and broken stuff is not repaired. The scooter they rented to me was also crappy and broke down. An absolutely no-go place. Find something else, don’t book here. Not worth the money.

It’s a pretty decent hostel for the price, I wouldn’t stay longer than one night. The staff are very nice and it is clean. However, the pool isn’t actually a pool- it only goes up to your knees. Not very social. Not the worst, but not the best..

Staff were helpful with motorbike rental and laundry. The beds were okay but the room was too hot. Photos of the pool are a bit misleading too as it is basically a big bath of water.

I recently stayed at Vongprachan Backpackers Hostel, located in Luang Prabang. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay with friendly (english speaking) staff, and a good location. The hostel has a cool rooftop with a lot of potential, but the cleanliness was questionable and the pool didn’t seem very well maintained. (Only wifi in reception)

Staying here was like staying in a detention center, with a pool. There was 1/5 functional toilets on our floor. The rest were clogged with shit. May I add that the one functional toilet had no toilet seat. We didn’t get a sheet for the bed. I slept in a ball. But maybe that’s okay because the aircon is so bad. Additionally, I slept next to an open window and was awoken by a cockerel. Needless to say, I left after 1 night.

It was okay - no ac so the rooms were very hot and a bit outdated, bathrooms were dirty, but the staff were kind and the breakfast was a nice touch, good location

Great stay! Great breakfast, you have to try the banana pancake! Overall great spot!

Auberge calme à côté du centre de Luang Prabang. Bon déjeuné.

One of the best value for money dorms in my opinion. Minir things to improve but worth the money

It was an okay experience. The facilities itself were quite old as well as the rooms. The pool was across the street and only one sunbed. I wouldnt recommend it there. There were no vibe at all there

J’ai vécu une expérience extrêmement traumatisante dans cet hostel. Un homme m’a touchée dans mon sommeil lors de ma première nuit. Lorsque j’ai signalé l’agression à la réception, le staff n’a montré aucune empathie et n’a absolument pas pris la situation au sérieux. On m’a renvoyée deux fois dans des dortoirs mixtes alors que je demandais clairement un dortoir féminin. Je ne me suis jamais sentie en sécurité. De plus, des hommes de +60 ans circulaient en sous-vêt...

nice, clean enough, and definitely had comfy beds. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were extremely attentive in person and over WhatsApp.

Buena localización y limpieza. Hay baño en cada habitación y también baños compartidos fuera de la habitación es un acierto. Personal muy amable. Desayuno incluido aunque un poco escaso.
