B&B Palazzo Bulguarini

I made a last minute booking, got the confirmation that it's booked, then my phone ran out of battery. Later when I charged again, I saw and email that suggests my booking is cancelled. I tried calling them but they didn't answer. They put me in a very difficult position with no place to sleep for the night.

Lovely hotel on a great location! The breakfast is amazing. If you are travelling alone, please note that there is no 24h reception in the hotel, this made me a bit uncomfortable at the start. Also bring earplugs, the doors close very loudly. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Siena!

The B&B is in an amazing location right in the heart of Sienna! The room and bathroom were spotless and quite spacious for Italy. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it. When I arrived I had to call because I hadn't received any instructions on how to get into the building, but the reception is always available by telephone and they promptly gave me the code to get in and pick up the key to my room. The breakfast was really nice too! Would definitely stay again.
