Staff wasn't very nice. I called to enquire about the checkout time and if they could holds my luggage until check-in. But the person replied why are you calling me at this time (9am). I felt interrogated when checking in. Getting questions about addresses and family..not very present from the manager. The room was absolutely disgusting and and toilets were awful made me think to perhaps go outside. Shower was awful. Honestly my opinion is to book a decent hotel for the money spent here.
It needs a total revamp. A lot of care and attention needs to be put into it for it to be called a hotel. At best it is a student digs for very unkempt students!!
