Hier kann man wirklich nur sagen rundum perfekt, die Mitarbeiter sind so herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Anlage ist super gepflegt, ebenso wie die Zimmer. Alles entspricht den Angaben und auch das Essen ist herausragend. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem ans Herz legen.

what a gorgeous spot. the owner is a really lovely guy and you can tell his staff are happy, treated well. the setting is absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend enough, perfect if you want to do yala safari also

Perfect place to stay if you want to do the safari in Yala. It's more of a hotel than a hostel, but it's great value for money. Everything is clean, the people working there are great and they organized the safari for us ! Would definitely recommend

Fantástico! El lugar es hermoso y la piscina que tiene es un plus. El dueño y el personal son muy muy amables, siempre recibiéndote y despidiendo con una jugo fresco. Sin duda se merece 10 estrellas!

The staff were so helpful there, they would do everything they could to help you. They went the extra mile with food as well, always serving drinks and extra dishes as well. We booked the safari through the hostel as well which made things easy!

Great place to stay near Tissamaharama, in a tranquil surrounding with lovely hosts. We visited for 2 nights to do a safari in Yala. The room was spacious and comfortable, and AC worked well. The swimming pool was a real bonus after coming home from safari. The host was really excellent, organising a safari for us, taking us around the local lakes on our first evening, telling us about the local area, and then drove us to our next stop in Komari for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend stay

Excellent séjour dans cet hostel ! Le gérant a été très accueillant, serviable et arrangeant pour toutes nos demandes. La chambre est propre, le lit est confortable. Le restaurant est bon mais un peu cher.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

The hostel with the best hospitality I have experienced in Sri Lanka. The family are so kind and helpful. Everything you need and great location for safari. Got a loft with the owner all the way to Arugam bay and chatted throughout. Can’t recommend enough. 💓

Loved my stay at this family-run hostel! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming — even ran a fun cooking class in their home. It was really sweet meeting their kids too, such a warm vibe. Everything was clean and cozy, and they also offered transfer services around the island which made exploring super easy. Would definitely come back!

thilina and his family and staff are wonderful. everyone is so kind and friendly and ready to help. the breakfast is yummy and the rooms are clean, and when I had any questions or needed to change things around they were so accommodating. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying looking to go to yala as thilina is quick to sort it all out, and just generally anyone looking to explore more of Debarawewa and Tissamaharama.

Personal super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Auch wenn etwas abgelegen ist, wird man für eine Safari dort abgeholt. Die ruhihe Ungebung am Fluss ist sehr entspannend. Von der Bushaltestelle zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer richtig schön und sehr groß. Wir hatten tolle zwei Nächte hier.
