Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Sie geben einem Tipps und helfen immer wo es geht. Die Betten sind jedoch sehr schmal und das Klo sehr hellhörig. Trotzdem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Absolutely beautiful little homestay! Felt so welcome here and she greets you by name every time she sees you! Rooms are really comfortable and quiet and the whole place is so clean. Fantastic breakfast and lovely restaurant attached too

Clean and well preserved room with beautiful view on the river. The owner speaks English fluently so it makes everything easy. Only vegetarian options available but there is good restaurant next to the place which is open until 10 p.m. Very good experience

The views were breathtaking, and the host went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and accommodating place to stay! La chambre est confortable, et la vue est superbe, très reposante. Flower nous accueille très chaleureusement.

I loved my stay at the calm house 2 hostel. It was close to the old town but so much calmer and quiet. It was a good mix for me, I would recommend renting a cycle to move around the city, it is walkable, but getting to the beach or the pottery village are much easier with it. The staff are amazing too and they have a vegan/vegetarian restaurant for my fellow vegan travelers.

Such a cozy and clean hotel - we felt welcomed the minute we arrived! Our host Flower did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room is decorated with beautiful furniture and details. When we arrived there were flowers on the table - a small detail that made the view outside the window on the river even nicer. Also the restaurant is very recommendable. We stayed for 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer in this peaceful oasis.

Flower ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin, die dir sehr gerne Hilfestellungen und Tipps für deinen Aufenthalt in Hoi an gibt. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern wunderschön eingerichtet und der Ausblick fantastisch. Wir haben sogar kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen :)

Flower and her team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, comfortable, and fun. Flower is very knowledgeable about local shops and activities. I highly recommend staying here if you want to avoid the chaotic noise of the old town.

I stayed there for a couple of days in their dorms. The room was clean and great. Owner is also a nice person. They have a veg restaurant and the food is good and tasty(Need to increase quantity though). This place of located on river side and offers a great ambience. it’s far away from the main town center and hence calm and quiet. You might need a scooter or grab to reach here as its little far from the main center.

I’d highly recommend staying here. Flower was an amazing host and made you feel very welcome. She was good at communication via WhatsApp and helped to arrange tours, airport transfers and other general recommendations. The hostel is lovely, the rooms are big and modern as well as very clean. The location is beautiful but be wary that during rain season as it’s just by the river.

It's all in the name . This hostel is very Calm in a quiet neighbourhood right beside the river , run by the lovely Flower . We were looked after very well and lucky enough to have a home cooked meal there. It is a vegetarian menu so be aware but it's delicious 😋. Cham helps Flower and does a great job . Our room was really comfortable and clean , good size bathroom with shower screen , the bed is quite firm but had a light topper and firm beds are the norm in a lot of hostels and homestays...

De eigenaar Flower is erg behulpzaam en helpt je graag met het boeken van activiteiten en geeft je goede tips. Het js wel een erg rustig hostel qua social valt het mee. Maar dat kan wellicht liggen aan de periode dat ik gegaan ben want er waren niet veel andere vakantiegangers. Maar wel een mooi verblijf en met de scooter is de ancient town maar een paar minuten.

I loved my room at Calm House 2. A big bright room, with views overlooking the water. The bathroom is also big and very nice. The atmosphere is calm and serene - away from the bustle of town but not too far. Flower is such a kind and considerate host; nothing is a problem at all. She was great with tips on places to go, things to see. She also organised a lift for me from Da Nang, at a very reasonable rate. Travelling solo, I also felt very safe staying here 💚

La casa è meravigliosa, situata sulla riva del fiume, immersa nella pace. Viaggiavo con un’amica e la proprietaria ci ha accolte nel miglior modo possibile, dandoci ottimi suggerimenti e rendendosi disponibile ad ogni necessità. La camera è spaziosa, molto carina e affaccia sul fiume. Ci hanno anche messo a disposizione due bici gratuitamente, organizzato il rientro a Da Nang in macchina (se siete in due o più chiedete perché è più conveniente del bus).
