+ 広々していてファミリー向けに過ごしやすいスペース

- 枕の臭いがキツかった。 部屋全体が清潔だっただけに、寝具に臭いがあるのは非常に残念です。 寝る前に不快な気分になりました コーヒーメーカーの扱い方が分からない 説明書あっても良いと思う

+ 連泊するとしたら自炊用等の設備は整っていて良いかと思います。

- 和室を子連れで利用しましたが、とにかく寒く、エアコン暖房を最大にした他、備え付けのオイルヒーターも使用した所、注意点には記載されているのですがドライヤーなどと併用するとブレイカーが落ちます...とても寒い部屋でした。一見清潔そうですが隅々まで掃除が行き届いていないのが気になりました。デリバリーを頼めたらとても助かるのですがデリバリーの出入りNGなのも残念

- お皿のラインナップ。小皿系がもう少し欲しかった。 お風呂がない。 加湿器がないため乾燥していた。

- 空調の音が大きいい。 洗濯・乾燥したときの部屋の除湿がもう一つ

+ 広い！！普通にマンションの一室！ コーヒーメーカーが欠けてたりしたけど、まぁ使える。 連泊したから置いてたコーヒーおかわりお願いしたら帰ってきた時に鍵と一緒に渡してくれました！ セルフサービスのお茶はおそらく毎日変えてるのかなって思いました。2日目は違う紅茶になってました。

- ベッドと枕、布団の質は最低限のものという感じでした。 身体痛くなっちゃうから気をつけて欲しい！ あとリビングテーブルのイスも硬い！！ 贅沢言っちゃだめだけど、もう少し快適ならたまにゆっくり休むように使いたいかな…

- 洗面台が、小さくて奥行きが無いため洗顔し難い。 バスタブのあるお部屋が欲しい。

+ 広い。 コーヒーメーカーで美味しいコーヒーが飲める。 シャワールームは使いやすい。 調理用具が揃っている。 洗濯機も完備。

- 防音が不十分で他の部屋の音がうるさい。 ＧW期間とはいえ料金がやけに高い。 髭剃りも無い。 シャワールームのみで浴槽は無い。 一人で泊まる料金は二人の時と同じ。

+ It’s very spacious. The kitchen table was really nice to sit around and eat at. Very easy to find from Warabi station. Very polite staff.

+ ロケーションが最高でした。 3泊しましたが、キッチンも洗濯機もあり、重宝しました。 部屋が広く、快適でした。

- 台拭きがなかったのが不便で、ソファーが汚れていたのが気になりました。

+ Area was big and clean with many daily items provided that many other hotels don't include like laundry/detergent.

- The blankets are not even as long as the bed, so if you are tall it's a bit awkward to sleep under the blankets.

+ We liked the Japanese style apartment as well. The futon and pillow were comfortable, we slept like babies. Everything else was great just like for the Cafe style apartment. Location is convenient, staff is nice and friendly, appliances good and well functioning, everything spotlessly clean. We would definitely come back to these apartments if we had the chance.

+ We enjoyed staying at this property so much. It was like living in a real Japanese house. All the essentials were provided, the house has everything you need, the washing/drying machine was especially convenient. All the other appliances were also functional and useful. Beds and pillows were comfortable, cleanliness and order always perfect. The neighbourhood is not touristy at all, which was a huge plus for us, yet it has lots of shops and restaurants, conbinis, grocery shops, the train station is also close by. A big shout-out goes to Wallaby house staff, who were always very kind and helpful to us, they would go over and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, they are very nice people who made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

+ It exceeded my expectations! It was spacious! It felt like an apartment with full size kitchen fridge washer dryer. Highly recommend!

+ 洗衣與烘衣機不會太吵，也讓我們可以帶較少的衣服就可出遊！

- 飯店位置離上野淺草比較遠，但來回時間還能接受
