Lai Hostel

Un accueil chaleureux, très content de mon séjour, je recommande.

Bien para pasar una noche. Es un hostel muy tranquilo. Punto de mejora: 1-poner sabanas ya que solo hay mantas 2-solucionar el problema de que el agua se sale de las duchas y luego el baño acaba super sucio 3-Dejar la opción de encender la luz de la cocina por la mañana ya que estuvimos varios a levantarnos a las 7h30 de la mañana y no había manera de encontrar la luz de la cocina y hemos tenido que desayunar con las luces del movíl. Todo lo demás muy bien

The woman at reception is truly the most unwelcoming person. Very rude, doesnt explain well. The cleanliness lf the place is far underneath a confortable one. The bathrooms and walls are dirty all fay long. They clean them once a day but not very deep honestly, and it doesnt stay for long. And finally I dont think that charging for luggage keep is a hostel vibe. They charge 5eu if you arrive earlier than the check in or if your plane leaves after.

Minuscule salle de bain, lits qui grincent mais parfait pour un layover d’une nuitée ou deux.

The location is the only good thing about the hostel. Only 1 washroom for each gender, each one closed for about 2 hours per day for cleaning. Once the main hallway is mopped you’re not allowed to walk through it until dry (got yelled at for not waiting) even though that meant I couldn’t leave my room. None of the rules were enforced (ie. no talking on the phone past 10, complained ab a guest being on the phone three nights in a row at 2am and they did nothing)

Hostel pequeño bien ubicado entre Lavapiés y Atocha.

Ideal location, covers everything out had to, could leave the luggage in a locker before check in with a cost of 5€. But the room was very noisy, outside and inside, the beds were noisy, the roommates were noisy... And the facilities were ok (clean, arranged) but oldish.

For the price, other hostels were much better. No English-speaking staff. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets very narrow, and water ran only for 3 seconds. Showers leaked, floors were wet, and toilet paper was often missing. Nowhere for women to change except rooms. The whole place was cold, and blankets didn’t seem freshly washed. Only plus: great location with bars nearby and excellent transport links.

El hospedaje en si está bien. Cómoda ubicación, cerca de los principales transportes. No me gustó la poca ventilación de las habitaciones, suponiendo que hay 8 personas durmiendo y viviendo !! El resto bien

Seguridad: pésima. La puerta trasera de servicio permanece abierta gran parte del tiempo y justo tiene acceso a los baños. Ubicación: bastante fea la zona. Elegí el hostel por su cercanía a la estación de Atocha pero las calles aledañas son solitarias. Personal: DEPLORABLE. La mujer asiática y su servicio al cliente es SIMPLEMENTE NULO. Poco le faltó para gritarme que leyera unos letreros y su empatía es CERO. Atmósfera: HORRIBLE. Los otros huéspedes parecían refugiados de guerr...

Es un hostal solo para dormir, los baños son demasiado estrechos y no puedes tener intimidad (ya que es una habitación con 3 duchas y 3 retretes y para cambiarte de ropa tienes que salir y te pueden ver todo el que está en el baño). No es un sitio muy acogedor. También hay mucho ruido ya que se escuchan a todas las personas que pasan por la ventana. Pienso que deberían dividir las habitaciones por edades ya que no es cómodo que una chica de 20 duerma con un hombre de 60.

Péssima escolha com relação a se hospedar nesse hostel. Não tem serviços de limpeza, a segurança é bem ruim e é cheio de pessoas estranhas e ma encaradas. Não tem um espaço para ficar e descansar ou se quer uma mesa para trabalhar com o NB. Só fique nesse lugar se for a ultima opção.

Un hombre se fue al baño de los mujeres. No se puede hacer eso!

Ladrones!. desde el momento de la reserva cobraron toda la estadía y eso que escogí la opción para pagar el restante en el lugar, decidí alojarme en otro lado porque no quería estar ni 1 segundo donde esos ladrones, a parte les estuve marcando a los números de contacto y por vía whatassp y nunca contestaron. No lo recomiendo para nada. Ladrones.

Os funcionários do hostel são simpaticos e muito prestativos, porém alguns dos hóspedes eram muito mal educados e sujos. Isso não culpa do Hostel, mas com certeza afetou minha experiencia.

Buena localización y seguridad. Los baños son extremadamente pequeños e incómodos. Además, las toallas se alquilan por 2 euros. Tratándose de un hostal, no sabes en las condiciones en las que les clientes viajan (normalmente con poco espacio) y considero que una toalla debería estar incluída en el precio. De la misma manera, pienso que tener que pagar 5 euros por guardar tu maleta hasta hacer el check-in es abusivo y más cuando sólo te dejan entrar a partir de las 13.30. Los viajeros m...

The staff were helpful and nice to me. The bathroom was quite clean when I was there which was a contrast to many other reviews. The ceiling is the same styrofoam material as offices and thus you can hear what goes on next door. The rooms are also in the basement below street level and windows are not insulating, so you can hear everything out there. I wouldn’t say I felt safe there considering everyone seemed to be about 40+ in age and everything was very dim at all hours

Impressively bad vibes here. The atmosphere can be described as 'office of a company that has been on the edge of bankruptcy for 8 years'. Design philosophy of 'eh, it'll do'. You can technically sleep (no curtains), shower (cold water), and heat up food (sad dirty kitchen) here, but you don't want to. The only good thing is it's close to the train station, so you can get away quickly
