Staff are extremely rude/no customer service skills at this hostel. Se han subido un poco a la parra con los precios por la situación que tiene. Les falta una máquina para café y otras cosas. En ciertas épocas del año los precios suben como si fuera un hotel y no lo merece

Excellent location, and we got champagne for New Year’s! Staff were really nice. However: incredibly noisy. It’s as if all the guests are in one big room together. Also: the cleaners start cleaning as early as 10.15 some days. Knocking on your door or making loud phone calls in the hallway.
Fiquei neste hostel 3 noites e confesso que fiquei bastante surpreendida. O hostel fica perto da Gran Via o que é optimo porque tens tudo á volta, lojas, restaurantes, metro. A senhora que tratou do chek-in foi super atenciosa e quanto ao quarto onde eu fiquei era bastante acolhedor. Certamente que se voltar a Madrid irei ficar novamente hospedada aqui, porque a experiencia foi bastante positiva.

La recepcionista fue muy antipática al llegar.
Alojamiento recomendable. Fácil de ubicar, cerca del centro, metro etc. La habitación privada contaba con microondas, pava eléctrica, entre otras cosas.

An amazing hostel. The location and facilities are great if you want to explore Madrid.
The best hostel I have ever been to! Excellent location and view on a main tourist street but not noisy, hotel-level equipment in rooms (no kitchen but with a microwave and fridge in every room, I would say it is enough for backpackers already haha), friendly reception, and very clean places. The price is great. The only thing to improve is the air conditioning, which is not strong enough. Overall, it is a very nice experience!

Excelente hospedaje!! La ubicación es fantástica, y las habitaciones super cómodas y funcionales!! Súper recomendable!!!

the property was in a central location, very convenient walk to public transportation, food, grocery stores, museums. The staff was ok and they are only available limited hours. this place was not like a normal hostel, the rooms were private, had a small shower, and shared bedroom. they had a microwave and small fridge. I would stay here again.

Ik had een klein kamertje met wel een eigen douche en wastafel maar een gedeeld schoon toilet (dat amper door anderen gebruikt werd). Was voor een paar dagen heel goed te doen. Van alles voorzien: waterkoker, magnetron, koelkastje en een locker. Het ligt op de 4e verdieping, maar er is een lift. Het is er heel rustig door de ligging aan een binnenplaats hoewel je pal in het centrum zit. Alles vanuit het hostel te belopen. Aardige staf. Kreeg zelfs een kerstpakketje.
Un poco updated y falta de algunos ajustes. Para dormir y pasear por la ciudad es excelente ya que está a 3/4 minutos a pie del Metro y estación de Autobuses (Gran Vía-Montera).
Totalmente recomendable el hostal; limpio, Excelente ubicación 10/10, a unos pasos de la Gran Via y el metro, limpio y super comodo para descansar.

Great location, rooms spotless, bed a little small for a double only a r foot bed but none the less no other issues .
Achei tudo muito bom, hostal simples, tem elevador, fácil check-in e check-out, instalações boas, ótima limpeza e excelente localização.

Such a sweet, simple and clean hostel. For me I don't need a hostel atmosphere, just a nice quiet place to stay and that's exactly what I got - a comfy, very clean room, with private shower. The staff is very welcoming although they don't speak fluent English. Great location for the city center, easy access to the airport.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel. We were planning to opt for a dormitory in order to save money, but in the end we ended up spending less on a private room in this hostel. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from Gran Vía. The room was cleaned every day while we were gone, and on the first day a 5 litre bottle of water was brought to us. The staff was professional and helpful, couldn't have asked for anything more. Unbelievable price-quality ratio!
