First Palermo Hotel

- El colchón estaba muy desgastado se hundía al acostarse, haciendo imposible dormir. Por suerte nos cambiaron de habitación pero era mucho más chica que la anterior y el baño quedaba trabado en la descarga, haciendo un ruido constante. El precio es caro respecto a la comodidad en la estadía.

+ Muy mal insonorizado. Se fue la luz varias veces y hacía un calor tremendo en todo el hotel. El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso. Imposible dormir y descansar. Íbamos a pasar 4 noches, pero nos fuimos en la primera. Solicitamos una compensación, primero nos dijeron que no, luego nos dijeron que nos devolvían una noche, pero finalmente no nos han devuelto nada. Incomprendiblemente Booking.com tampoco nos ayudó. Cuando necesitas ayuda no te la dan. Mucha palabrería, pero nadie te resuelve nada y te dejan en la estacada aunque lleve más de 15 años contratando con ellos los alojamientos.

+ The rooms are ok, slightly outdated but the bed was comfortable. The location is ok, lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience whilst staying here, with no accountability from the hotel for what occured. During check-in, one of our bags was stolen from the lobby area. On a surface level, the lobby appears secure as you can only enter the hotel when a member of staff unlocks the door for you. However, before we arrived, the reception staff opened the door to a member of the public who was not staying at the hotel. When we arrived to check-in, he was already in the lobby area so we assumed he was another guest as he joined the check-in queue behind us. Our bags were less than 4 feet away from us, but this man managed to steal one of our bags and get out of the lobby before anyone realised. When we asked the reception staff who this man was, they did not seem to know but said he was checking the hotel. There is no working CCTV in the lobby. They have cameras, but the hotel informed us and the police that they do not record, which gave the police nothing to work with other than our statement. We are now nearly £1,000 out of pocket. We also had to miss nearly everything we had planned in Buenos Aires due to the time taken to file the police report and replace the essential stolen items (which included medication and prescription glasses so we had to go to the hospital and find an emergency opticians). This whole experience was extremely upsetting and stressful for us- and was quite frankly made worse by the lack of accountability shown by the hotel. We asked to speak to the manager and hotel owner about what had happened, requesting a small gesture of goodwill as compensation and acknowledgement of what we had suffered on their premises. Unfortunately, this was not forthcoming.

- Las ventanas no cierran bien, está ubicado en el centro de Palermo pero cerca de bares. Había música y fiesta hasta las 3 de la mañana y las aberturas son de mala calidad. No se puede dormir. El hotel está descuidado y las habitaciones en malas condiciones. Era limpio pero viejo y todo con manchas, viejo y sarro en el baño.

- Tout. Le confort, pour la literie c'est une honte.pas de protège matelas. Pas de couette. Les draps et housse d oreillers étaient plus que douteux. Quant à la salle de bains i l vaut mieux ne pas en parler il y aurat trop à dire.

- imposible dormir...pensé que reservaba pisos altos, pero estábamos en el primer piso con vidrio simple...muchísimo ruido hasta las 6 de la mañana.

- el baño podria mejorar un poco mas en relacion al resto de la habitación

+ Para quem quer ficar perto dos restaurantes, bares e lojas é um local imbatível. Consegui ter um early check-in que muito agradeço. Tem local para deixar as malas depois de check-out. Tem receção 24h. Pessoas simpáticas e prestaveis

- Não tem possibilidade de ter pequeno almoço.

+ Gute Location im Partyviertel nur 2 Gehminuten von der Placa Serrano entfernt. Einfache Ausstattung. Sauber. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Top-Adresse für Menschen, die das pulsierende Leben von Buenos Aires erleben wollen.

- Wenig Sitzgelegenheit im ansonsten großen Zimmer. Durch Kartenzahlung (+10%) und Wechselkurs extrem großer Preisunterschied zur Buchung in Booking.com.

+ La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación cómoda y con una buena terraza

- No se si es para una escapada romántica y te cobran recargo del 10% si pagas con tarjeta. El valor que tienen por noche deberían incluir un desayuno (no dan el servicio).

+ Perfecta ubicación. Habitación amplia y limpia.

- Un bar justo al lado del hotel con música y gente hablando en la calle hasta las 6 de la mañana.
