Do not recommend staying at this place. The pictures on the website are very deceiving and show it as much nicer than it appears in person. It was easy to locate, but check-in was complicated and entirely remote. Our room didn’t have a real door and the shower was barely a consistent drip of water. The room or spaces did not look like the photos. The bed was hard and you felt every spring in the mattress. The location was off the main street and not walkable without a taxi.

Remote check-in was super easy and fast. Room size was pretty standard for a private room. There was no hot water but that is not an issue for us. Great value for location if you dont want to stay right on 5th Avenue.

It’s perfect for those looking for a place to relax. It’s a bit far from the center but still reachable. The place is very quiet and with a garden outside. Rooms provide you with everything needed and a private bathroom is also a plus. Overall I recommend it for someone on a budget looking for some privacy.

Le personnel était accueillant, aimable et arrangeant, cependant l’hostel n’est pas vraiment un lieu de rencontre, peu de personne et très peu d’équipement à disposition, comme une cuisine. De plus il faut prévoir des moyens pour chaque déplacement.

Geen aanrader!! Het hostel ligt in een buitenwijk van Playa del Carmen, ver van het centrum, de sfeer in deze straat is erg kil. Het hostel heeft geen receptie dus als je komt inchecken gaat alles via een telefoon. Je krijgt codes om de deuren te openen. Het is totaal niet persoonlijk en sfeervol. De kamers zijn klein en lijken niet op de foto’s. Het ziet er onafgemaakt en lelijk uit. De bedden liggen vreselijk en zijn hard, linnengoed was vies.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días, muy buen precio.

Renueven los colchones, terminamos adoloridos, el website prometía en sus filtros estacionamiento, pero no tenía, era en la calle. En los filtros venía con A/A y tenia ventilador, tuvimos que pagar 250 más para que nos asignaran una con aire acondicionado. Pongan escalones en la alberca para salir.

The location served my purpose of stay very well, though it is far away from the downtown area. I like the room that I stay, no air-con but a big ceiling fan, very good ventilation. The no man operated idea is weird, but at least my requests were well attended, except for the situation with the broken e-lock at the front door that I had to wait for very long from the outside to get into the property. No drinking water, the broken fridge and some poorly behaved guests could be the drawback.

A nice if somewhat spartan place to stay. It has everything you need.

Podría haber sido peor, pero también podría haber sido mejor. El lugar es limpio, NO te dan toallas, no hay servicio de recepción humana (es teléfonico), la ubicación es alejada si se anda a pie realmente. Pero el lugar es bonito y hay aire acondicionado.
