$200AUD STOLEN BY STAFF DURING MY STAY. NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM HOSTEL. NO ASSISTANCE IN CONTACTING POLICE. NO SHAME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Overall a really nice hostel. The breakfast included is very bare bones (eggs, toast, sausage) but the facilities are clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The air con was amazing and we could actually set the temperature unlike many hostels. Clean and good location (close to night market and airport)

Really loved this hostel for a good chill stay! bathrooms were clean and staff so helpful bookings taxis! only thing I would say is that the doors are always unlocked, and they are really squeaky- minor things really but would be good to but some oil on them hahah! would stay again if in the area :)

Staff don’t know English well but that are helpful, it’s only cash payment keep in mind

Hello, I booked a taxi to the airport for 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, the taxi did not arrive as scheduled. I called the phone number on the receipt, but the call was hung up and no driver came afterward. Because of this, I had to urgently find another taxi in order to catch my flight. This situation caused significant stress and inconvenience.

beds are so comfy and clean. showers and toilets are clean. very chill relax vibes. i actually ended up in hospital while in vientiane and the staff (brooke) drove all my belongings and bought me fruit as a get well present. staff really went above and beyond to help me with anything i needed when i couldn’t connect my stuff and was admitted to hospital for 4 days. can not recommend this hostel enough. would 1000% stay again. and thank you to the staff helping me.

Love the staff, and the cat! :) Clean and calm hostel. The best bathrooms/shower, very very clean and new. Not so far from the center of town, wich is nice.

Great location, staff is very helpful. More showers outside, which is great.

Gutes Hostel um vientiane zu erkunden. Gute Lage, ruhig und bequeme Betten. Hab mich für 2 Nächte sehr wohlgefühlt.

Hostel was nice and clean. Good beds and nice shower facilities. Close to the city centre. They did first say we had booked withouth breakfast, even though Hostelworld said so. But they spoke with the manager and we did indeed get breakfast, so everything was fine. They also helped us arrange a bus to Vang Vien for a good price.

Very clean, quiet, and chill. Not very social while I was there.

I arrive around 22:30 to the hostel because my train was delayed and I texted earlier to let them know, but as soon as I arrive to the hostel it was closed! Luckily there was another guest close to the main door. I had to wake up the girl from the staff, who was very rude with me and told me that she never saw my reservation and the couple of conversations we had were not friendly at all. On the good side, the beds are really comfy and clean, I really liked the beds style!

We only stayed here for one night. One bathroom for the whole floor with one toilet and shower together. This caused major delays in the morning. Bed was comfy, though.

Comfiest hostel bed i’ve ever had! The hostel is not social at all but perfect if you need a more quiet stay :)
