+ I booked here early. It was also available on booking.com. But when it was time for me to check in, the reception counter said my room had been given to the first come, first serve. And those who had made the payment. Why didn't booking.com ask for payment first? I've booked dozens of times on these apps. This is the first time this has happened. I had to look for another hotel in Melaka. It's really hard to get to stay when same day to book hotel..

- Disgusting and poor service.. not worth it for money.

- Keadaan hotel yang agak lama, tiada lif . Tidak mesra pengguna. Check in pun menunggu masa yang lebih lama kerana bilik baru nak dikemas (2.30 ptg). Check-in pada 2.00 ptg sepatutnya.

+ 宿泊できませんでしたので良かった点は「なし」。 少なくとも「評価不能」です。

- チェックイン当日の夕方に勝手にキャンセルされていたので、非常に窮しました。 あとからBookingからの事前引き落としがなかったことに気がついたので、何かクレジットカード関係のトラブルがあったのかもしれないとは思うものの、さすがにキャンセル前にこちらへのConfirmが欲しかったですね。 当日の晩に泊まれるところを探す羽目になって、たいへん苦労しました。

+ The staff simply cancel the reservation within calling to confirm with us before releasing the room before 12 noon though the check in only starts frm 2pm onwards

- Toilet door loose but since stay alone should be okay. Free parking available after office hours otherwise hourly paid parking infront of hotel.
