Seabox Khaolak Hostel

It was fine for two nights, comfy stay and nice beds

The room was simple but clean. But there was damp in the room and you could smell it.

Stayed one night . Was very quiet which was fine . Room was good and location was close to everything . Has smart tv like Netflix and YouTube which was nice . Nice spot to chill and relax

Tolles Hostel in der Nähe vom Strand. Ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Strand, Einkaufsmeile und feine Restaurants alles super zu Fuss erreichbar. Scooter verleih in Deutsch auch nur 10 Min. Zu Fuss entfernt. Taxiservice vom Hostel auch unkompliziert.

Great value for money, clean and did the job! Owners were super helpful. Lacked an atmosphere and didn’t really feel like a hostel

Good value double room, there is a restaurant conveniently attached and the thai food was really nice but would avoid the western!

This hostel is incredibly cheap, so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s a win. We had a host of problems though and wouldn’t recommend. Half of the rooms are internal facing and don’t have a windows. The door got stuck 1/3 way into opening and was a pain. The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and wouldn’t turn back on (no windows to vent). The room smelled vaguely of cooked steamed broccoli. Bathroom was worn. Staff was not very welcoming.

we had an amazing stay at Seabox. we originally planned to stay only two nights, but we ended up staying five nights, because of the great stay and the friendly family that runs Seabox. the room was really clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious everytime we ate there. The complimentary peanuts with garlic and the pineapple at every meal were very tasty. They also helped us with getting a bus to our next stay! we would certainly recommend to stay here during your visit to Khao Lak.
