La habitación no tenía calefacción y fue imposible dormir del frío que hacía. Había reservado 3 noches y al día siguiente me busqué otra opción porque no era posible dormir. Cuando quise hablar con los dueños no estaban en la recepción a la hora del chek out y llamé al teléfono y me dejaron esperando una hora y no aparecieron. Querías explicarles porque dejaba la habitación y que al menos me devolvieran la última noche de 3 que había pagado. Pero no hubo manera. No lo recomiendo...

Le propriétaire semble gentil, toutefois, la réception est difficile à trouver, la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain n’étaient pas propres, le détecteur de fumée qui nous a réveillé le matin et finalement l’odeur de moisi. Nous avons quitté avant le fin prévue de notre séjour. Franchement, je ne recommande pas du tout.

The reception guy is really great and will always help you. I broke the key by accident and he wasnt even mad and helped me post shift when i thought i was gonna sleep on the road 😭🤣. Many thanks to him for helping me late at night.

My room was more spacious than I was thinking. The host could have been a bit more friendly. The cohabitation and sharing was fine. There was calm snd quiteness. The location was great.

Firstly, my experience has overall been very positive. Yes, unfortunately my stay at this residence started off a little chaotic - but the professionalism and incredible hospitality of the staff was exemplary! They quickly and calmly assisted me, and I was not dissappointed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Lisbon on a budget. The excellent location of the site is amazing - close to the metro, and the visit-worthy site-seeing spots - and surrounded by amazing food spots...

Stayed for 5 nights. I would recommend staying somewhere else, what you get isn’t worth the price. We were told that there’s a lady that cleans the place and if we will need something we will see her in the hallway, never saw her! Our room wasn’t cleaned once. I will say that although it’s a shared bathroom, they were always clean. The walls are really thin, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the outside. There is no AC and it was really cold at night. In 3 out of the 5 nig...

There is no reception.. you have to telephone and he will come … the staff are kinds, but honestly bed and sheets were not clean enough. Location is good

Da ich ein Einzelzimmer hatte, habe ich- wie oft- ein Minizimmer bekommen. Im Minischrank konnte ich nichts aufhängen, bewegen ging auch nur schlecht. Die Möbel insgesamt machten einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Die Doppelzimmer, die ich gesehen habe, machten einen besseren Eindruck, ebenso würde ich hier den Preis von 37 E für das große Zimmer für 2 Personen als noch akzeptabel beschreiben. 27 E für ein EZ ohne Frühstück waren zu hoch. Dafür habe ich in einem 3 St HP bekomm...

The facilities of the hostel are old and quite worn out. Nevertheless, everything is clean, including common spaces. Some rooms have no windows :( but some have great view over the city :) The stuff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
