- Tesiste sıcak su yoktu. Oda soğuktu. Lavaboda sıvı sabun dahi yoktu. Oldukça yetersiz bir tesis. Çıkış saatimiz 11.30 olmasına rağmen arabamızı sabah erkenden çıkartmamızı istediler.

+ Δεν υπήρχε απολύτως τίποτα θετικό που να μπορεί να αναφερθεί.

- Η κατάσταση του δωματίου και ιδιαίτερα του μπάνιου ήταν απαράδεκτη, επικίνδυνη και ακατάλληλη για διαμονή. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε θερμοσίφωνας με εκτεθειμένα ηλεκτρικά καλώδια, χωρίς καμία μόνωση ή προστασία, σε χώρο με υγρασία και νερό. Η κατάσταση αυτή δημιουργεί σοβαρό και άμεσο κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξίας κατά τη διάρκεια του ντους, θέτοντας σε κίνδυνο την υγεία και τη ζωή των πελατών. Υπήρχε εκτεταμένη υγρασία και μούχλα στο ταβάνι και στους τοίχους του μπάνιου. Το ντους ήταν χαλασμένο και κακοσυντηρημένο. Το μαξιλάρι ήταν σκισμένο και ακατάλληλο για χρήση, γεγονός που αποτελεί σοβαρό ζήτημα υγιεινής. Τα έπιπλα, τα συρτάρια και τα ντουλάπια ήταν βρώμικα, με λεκέδες, βρωμιά και αντικείμενα/τρόφιμα προηγούμενων πελατών. Ο καθρέφτης του δωματίου ήταν ραγισμένος. Υπήρχαν χαλασμένες πρίζες, εκτεθειμένα καλώδια και πρόχειρες ηλεκτρολογικές εγκαταστάσεις. Παρότι στην περιγραφή της κράτησης αναφέρεται ότι το δωμάτιο διαθέτει τηλεόραση, στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε καμία τηλεόραση, γεγονός που συνιστά παραπλανητική παρουσίαση των παροχών. Η συνολική εικόνα του καταλύματος δεν πληρούσε ούτε τα βασικά πρότυπα καθαριότητας, υγιεινής και ασφάλειας και δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε καμία περίπτωση στην περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες της αγγελίας.

- I didnt take shower for 3 days. Not because of I’m dirty, the bathroom was literally DisGusting.. I was hesitated to sit for bathroom Water was leaking kinda from walls No paint too Room was VERY cold (although they gave me a heater), it made my throat dry every day. If I didnt pay upfront for 3 days, I would run away from this place after 11 minutes. Maybe 12.

- Bathroom is bad and no lights, the room is not heated, we booked 2 nights in another hotel this is how bad it is

+ A very relaxing place. Great location. A nice city to explore. Staff was very helpful with my questions and needs.

+ An dem Hotel rein gar nichts, die Lage war gut. Das Personal wollte helfen, jedoch war es so schäbig, dass wir dort keine Nacht verbringen wollten. Eine Erstattung war wohl auch nicht möglich.

- Alles. Das Zimmer war absolut dreckig. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht und stank als hätte man es seit Jahren nicht genutzt. Dazu schoss aus dem Wasserhahn Wasser wie ein Fontäne. Die Klobrille passte nicht aufs Klo und man mochte sich dort nicht hinsetzen. Auf dem Bettlacken und der Bettdecke waren braune Flecken, welche man nicht zuordnen konnte. Wirkte nicht so als habe man die Bettwäsche überhaupt gewechselt. An den Wänden war Schimmel.

- Paid for a double room with a garden view, I got put in a twin with a view of a wall by a member of staff that was rude and clearly he wanted to go home, Ripped sheets on bed, all light bulbs missing, only one plug that was broken, curtains hanging down, stiff dirty towel, lose wires coming out of the wall Shower broken and ok floor, the toilet was disgusting, dirty, smelt with a broken seat,, the room was not fit to stay in and I left, but the main problem with this place is how much the staff just do not care !
