Great location, really close to the cathedral and old town. Staff were great with 24/7 reception available

My dorm room had a single windowless bathroom with little to no ventilation (the ventilation system may not have been working properly). The bathroom was shared by a 10-bed dorm. Both the room and the bathroom were full of mold: it was clearly visible on several parts of the walls and ceiling, and there was a constant musty smell. Overall, it felt like a very unhealthy environment to stay in. I would not recommend this place.

Had to stick my head against the wall to get the shower water running down with minimal pressure from a shower-head fixed on the wall.

I have stayed in many hostels but never in a mixed room, but I can say it was a great experience. The bathrooms were always clean and staff was very kind. The only thing that surprised me was they allowed children…anyways, I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Santiago. Location is 10/10

To make it a 10, curtains on the bunk bed will add privacy and can use the light whenever there is a need. Otherwise, all great!

Great location. Extremely loud hostel. If you need a good night sleep maybe not the best place. Facilities ok very weird layout they have 1 toilet and shower for both men and women for 20 people on the first floor so expect a wait. Safe and friendly staff. Good option but could definitely do with a better clean

Kitchen facilities were great. Only one bathroom on 1st floor with one shower for all the beds. Close proximity to Cathedral with all restaurants too. It was good There was a party going on all hours of the night. Hard for pilgrims to sleep after hard day of hiking

El hostel muy bueno, lo unico malo que reservamos una habitacion de 4 y estaba pegada a otra habitacion en la cual estaba divida solo por una madera, lo cual se escuchaba todo de un lado al otro y era bastante molesto. Los servicios eran tal cual lo describen en las fotos y en la descripcion. Buena estancia.

The reception was excellent. The location is superb, just in the city centre. The toilets needed a bit of improvement, but there are much better than most hostels. The beds and rooms were truly cleaned and comfortable. I would change the location of the USB chargers to one side because they are just over people's heads. Apart from that, the hostel is very recommended.

Extremely noice. A step on the floor sounds like someone is jumping and not walking. Kitchen has most things but only a mini fridge for around 30 people. Excellent location

Poca insonorizacion del ruido de afuera para poder dormir. La sala de estar afuera de la cocina es pequeña y con ruidos a maquinas.

Honestly it is amazing. Comfortable enough. Smells a little musty, but it is at the end of the Camino. Beautiful location, access to go out at all times, respectfully quiet. Everyone will be getting up decently early due to their schedule with the community. Lockers and sections sliding door for bunk beds. Great food suggestions and you can walk all around the beautiful center around here.

I had a good stay for one night in spring and slept well. The facilities are clean and well-equipped and the 10-bed dorms are internally divided by visual walls, so it felt comfy and private (but not soundproof). The hostel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful! Good location as well. I imagine that when the hostel is fully booked, the number of toilets and showers won't be sufficient, just fyi.

Las habitaciones están bien, el locker enorme .. detalle de la cerradura con moneda... no tenia ... el conserje de la noche cero onda para resolver . El resto muy bien
