+ Konumu şehir merkezine yakın.
- Hostel çok kirli ve konforsuzdu. Saat 4'te giriş yapabildim. Çok gürültülü ve rahatsız edici bir ortamı vardı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

+ Schöne Lobby mit stilvollen Möbeln und geeigneten Einrichtungen für Essen und Unterhaltung. Natürlich war keiner von ihnen frei.
- Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber. Ich war weniger als eine Stunde im Zimmer. Kissen und Decken waren ohne Bettzeug. Niemand hatte das Zimmer aufgeräumt. Im Zimmer riecht es sehr stark nach Schweiß. Niemand hatte das Zimmer gereinigt oder aufgeräumt. Das Innere der Toilette war voller Haare. Ich betrat den Raum gegen 24:00 Uhr. Beim ersten Mal konnte ich nur weniger als fünf Minuten im Zimmer bleiben. Ich öffnete die Fenster in der kalten Luft, um den schlechten Geruch zu entfernen. Dann verließ ich das Zimmer und eine halbe Stunde später kehrte ich ins Zimmer zurück, um zu schlafen. Aber die Betten und das Zimmer rochen immer noch schlecht. Ich beschloss, zum Bahnhof zu gehen und dort vier Stunden zu bleiben, bis mein Zug ankam. Ich würde diesen Ort niemals empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind extrem schmutzig. Nicht ähnlich wie auf den Fotos. Im Zimmer roch es schlecht.

- - First room that we booked was the apartment, Lotte, which had an immediate overpowering smell of mould, causing my partner to break out in hives as she was allergic to mould. After aerating the room, the smell dissipated by and large, but was still causing irritation. -We then inspected the bed, and the blanket at the bottom of the bed was covered in pet hairs, and other dust and grime. We discovered further pet hairs on the couch. - We decided to ask if there had been a pet in the room as we had specifically chosen a hostel/hotel that was not pet friendly as my partner is also allergic to animals. The response we received from the staff was lukewarm and wishy washy. The owners kept changing their story about whether there had been a pet in the room (to begin with, the hostel had a zero pets policy, to them saying that they sometimes allowed pets, before they said that there could have been a pet in the room in the last few weeks) At no point, had an apology been given nor had there been an offer of a room change or a discount/refund. We had to ask to move to a different room, and she didn't even collect the keys from us after the room switchover. - To further on from the above point, we discovered a removable pet carrier for a bicycle I the corridor below our room, which had a leash in it. The main criticism I have of these issues that we had is to clearly outline the hostels policies on pets, including dividing rooms between non and pet friendly, as there will be people in the future who will encounter issues like this, as cleaning a room does not completely remove pet dust and pet particles from an environment. - In our second room, my original duvet on the double bed was covered in mould spots on one side, so i had to switch duvet covers because of this issue.
+ Nach einem Vorfall im Hostel (ein Hostelbewohner urinierte in mein Bett) lag dem Hostel am Ostentor sehr viel daran, mir aufgrund meiner booking.com-Rezension per Chat zu drohen („Rufmord“). Daher sehe ich mich dazu aufgefordert, meinen Kommentar zu überarbeiten. Nach wie vor weiß niemand, wer für den Vorfall verantwortlich ist, der Täter wurde dem Hostel nicht verwiesen, im Gegenteil: Ich stornierte meinen Aufenthalt, weil ich mich im Hostel nicht mehr sicher fühlte und erhalte vielleicht demnächst einen Bruchteil der bereits bezahlten Kosten zurückerstattet. Das muss man erstmal sacken lassen. Ein Hostel werde ich in meinem Leben vermutlich nicht mehr betreten können. Von weiteren Vorfällen im Hostel hörte ich, soll aber hier nicht darüber berichten. Offenbar kümmert sich das Hostel sehr stark darum, negative Kritik löschen zu lassen – zumindest wurde mir persönlich dies per Chat so vermittelt.

The position is good and the hostel was clean, but the automatic check in didn’t work well, because they put a sign pointing the opposite direction to where the entrance to the rooms actually was. They have a trust deposit (no lock) and limited time of someone being at the reception. Everything was okay but I didn’t feel much secure and satisfied: if there’s a problem I can’t just hope that someone will come listen to me!!!

Sehr netter Empfang und eine tolle Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und an der Donau. Das Hostel ist super sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Atmosphäre ist nicht vergleichbar mit einem Hostel in größeren Städten, was dazu führt, dass wenig Kontakt mit Mitreisenden entsteht. Das liegt jedoch auch daran, dass es wie in in meiner Situation, einige Radfahrer für eine Nacht als Übergang genutzt hatte , die etwas älter waren. Trotz dessen voll zu empfehlen!!
Fine hostel for a few nights. Didn't see travellers in the hostel, only people working in the city. Beds are a bit squeaky and tiny, but other than that nothing to complain.
Superlieber Empfang und Betreuung während dem Aufenthalt. Räume und Sanitär funktional und sauber. Sehr angenehm sind die Vorhänge für jedes Bett. Lage ist ruhig, wichtig am Wochenende! Man ist sehr schnell an der Donau und kommt gut in die Altstadt.

Beds are terrible. You can't sit up on the lower bunk, it's too short. They are creaky, they move around when someone turns over and the curtain does not give full privacy.

+ Always comfy huge room tables chairs 3 bathrooms inside girls dorm big fluffy beds in historical center cobblestoned city huge kitchen as if a modern home.
- Guests don't talk much to each other.
+ Das Hostel wirkt sehr neu, die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, es ist ruhig und alles da was man braucht. Zusätzlich ist alles sehr sauber. Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Check-In jederzeit möglich durch Self Check In Schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Komme ganz sicher nochmal wieder!
- Schade ist bisschen, dass man erst mal nach draußen muss, um in die Küche zu kommen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts.
