Cheap for Hamburg, but that doesn't mean one should tolerate bad conditions. When I arrived, there was trash on my bed - probably left there by the other guests. The owner/manager didn't say anything and then proceeded to remove it though leaving some behind. I don't have super high standards and I often stay in hostels but in this one I simply couldn't.

Worst Hostel ever. A 5 bed was added to my room for 4 people without prior notice and it was positioned so that you had to climb over a stranger to get into bed. When I spoke to the staff they were unfriendly and didn’t understand the problem. The hostel was filled with pushy drunk men who didn’t leave me alone and this wasnt taken seriously by the staff or the boss. The smoking area was right outside the window, making it hard to air the room. I can’t recommend this Hostel, especially for...

Terrible experience. Rude stuff, Dirty, Doors do not close, and they Charge you for bed towels

es stinkt extrem in den Zimmern, die Betten wackeln, es gibt keine Schließfächer im Zimmer und Dusche/ Toilette sind nicht am Zimmer sondern im Flur

A hostel can’t be worse…. Please don’t choose this at any cost…the person sitting on the counter is super rude and demands extra charges whenever you go to check in. Then, 5 euros for bedding and then you’ve to make your own bed as well. Who the hell takes 5 euros for bedding. Also, he misbehaves in every way possible… So, the experience was pathetic to be honest and I left in the morning itself

Für den Preis echt nicht wert. Zum schlafen ok, mehr nicht. Man fühlt sich, besonders als Frau, nicht gerade wohl. Haben mehr erhofft

100% do not stay at this hostel. Check in process was super weird, nobody checked my passport or anything. The dorms don’t lock, smelled terrible and had this dense humid air in them. apart from this the staff who work here are very rude. I was placed in a room and then rudely woken up at 7:30am by one of the staff to “get up and go to another room” because the room I was initially in was for women only I was also told to “hurry up” by one of the staff while I was in the wc going to th...

Overall a horrible experience the rooms smell and they don’t assign a specific bed for you. When I arrived to my bed one night I found two people sleeping in my bed and had some items stolen, when I notified staff they managed to relocate me but I had to sleep in my car that night. Save your money and go to a different hostel

J'ai résidé dans cette auberge pour un gros weekend de vacances avec un ami. Tout s'est très bien passé, le monsieur qui tient l'auberge est très gentil. Je recommande!

Sehr angenehme und lustige Erfahrung. Für den Preis war es wirklich super!

Für weibliche Reisende, zumindest zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts, kein angenehmes Erlebnis, da außer meiner Freundin und mir ausschließlich Männer im Hostel übernachtet haben und uns keine weibliche Ansprechpartnerin vorgestellt wurde. An den Betten befinden sich (auch im gemischten Schlafsaal!) keine Gardinen, die zumindest für ein wenig Privatsphäre sorgen könnten, was mich persönlich sehr schockiert hat. Auch, wenn kein aktives Fehlverhalten erfolgte, haben wir uns ziemlich unwohl...

Great property to crash in for few Nights. The beds are super comfortable and the staff is very helpful. Location is opposite to a train station and a very safe area unlike city centre

Property is in a good location only about 15 minutes from the main party areas with a few grocerys 5-10 min away. nice and quiet area . Staff was very friendly. property felt very dirty I don’t think they clean the showers as much as they should. Rooms were also dirty I didn’t see anyone cleaning anything in there after others left and the door was always unlocked so we random people just kept walking into the room. Outside door had a code. I think more than a few guests live here full time.

The staff, atmosphere and location was perfect! Incredibly friendly and convenient. We got exactly what we needed, and at the price point, we were pleasantly surprised. We were a little surprised at the extra costs of a tourism tax and paying for the use of bedsheets, but it was also partly our fault for not fully reading the terms and service since we booked it incredibly last minute. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and outgoing. I would definitely come again!

ottima posizione e personale simpatico, gli aspetti positivi finiscono qui. Camera e cucina sporche, personale che entra in stanza ad ogni ora e senza annunciarsi,due bagni e tre docce per genere, le docce, tra l'altro, con porte completamente trasparenti, quindi niente privacy

the staff was really kind which is a big pro. a big con is that you have to pay for the bed sheets, which doesn't make sense at all because you need them. the beds weren't clean and the kitchen as well. it's a small hostel which I like because you can easily connect with others. the location was pretty good.

Sehr nettes Personal und beste Lage. Aber während meiner Zeit dort waren sehr viele ältere Männer dort, was die Atmosphäre doch sehr beeindrächtigt. Es wurde auch gottlos geschnarcht 😂

Wir haben uns als 4 Frauen sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Sicherheit war äußerst bedenklich, der Code für unser Zimmer wurde vor anderen Gästen laut preisgegeben, womit wir uns nicht sicher gefühlt haben. Nachts kam es zu einer Auseinandersetzung zwischen anderen Gästen/Personal bei der die Polizei gerufen werden musste. Zudem hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das Zimmer sehr klamm und feucht war, prädestiniert für Schimmel.

Hostel is in a great location (right next to a station) but seemed to attract lots of strange men. Facilities were good and the hostel was clean but the locker system seemed a bit insecure and weren’t big enough to put our bags in.

They charged me more money than the Hostelworld app indicated. I also booked a four-bed room and they put me in a 12-bed room (this room was also cheaper, and they didn't even offer a discount). They charged me a sheet fee, but I had to make the bed myself, and the mattress cover was dirty, full of hair and lint, plus The bed I slept in was unstable and noisy. The bathrooms are very small and dirty. The kitchen was a chaos, with everything scattered on the floor, messy and filthy.

Lunaire. L’accueil est déjà peu accueillant, mais vu le bas prix OK. On paye, puis l’employé nous annonce que l’auberge est pleine et qu’on va devoir loger ailleurs. Il nous accompagne dans un autre lieu à quelques minutes à pied, sans nous donner aucune information. C’est un hôtel qui appartient à une toute autre entreprise, dans le quartier des sex club, et dont la décoration évoque clairement une activité de prostitution.
