Monumental Hotel Orlando

Hi, I was charged the wrong amount. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was asked to leave a security deposit of $100 which I paid without question, was told this would be refunded within 3 business days. We left no damage to the room and it’s now been 2 weeks since our stay there and I have not received my money. Wouldn’t stay there if they ask for a security deposit which WILL NOT get refunded. Try elsewhere

Hôtel vraiment moyen. L’extérieur et bien mais les chambres sont vieillissantes et manque d’entretien. Une bonne rénovation ne ferait pas de mal. Le ménage est fait un jour sur deux. La literie est vraiment très molle. On a eu une chambre avec deux lits mais pas de très grand lit. Bref le prix était intéressant mais la qualité est moyenne. Problème avec hotelworld j’avais juste payé un acompte et devait payer le reste sur place. Mais avant notre arrivée la rése...

The carped was really filthy and with blood stains on it. The shower curtain was broken and the tiles in the bathroom were super dirty too and the shower as well as the sink showed like stains. Also from the outside the place has a rather run down impression.

Not satisfied! The full Hostelworld booking wasn’t recognized, so we got a call saying that we should have checked out. Everything resolved quickly and the person was friendly about it, but it was unnecessary. Our toilet didn’t flush, and the sink leaked, but we were offered another room. People loitering in the hallway through the night. At check in, the lady was taking a leisure call. Very unclean (sticky carpet, elevator). Good location and price, close to attractions. Convenient parking.

Very comfortable and relaxed place to stay, perfect after a really long flight!

Alles super, gerne wieder, allerdings ein Hotel und kein Hostel. Wer also nach Hostelfeeling sucht, ist hier nicht richtig ;)

Alles super, gerne wieder, allerdings ein Hotel und kein Hostel. Wer also nach Hostelfeeling sucht, ist hier nicht richtig ;)
