Avoid at all costs. We booked a 4-bed room but were instead placed in a 5-bed mixed dorm with zero privacy or security—there was no way to lock the door. The room was unsanitary, with a visibly ill person coughing constantly all night. The bathroom was crawling with spiders, and the kitchen was consistently filthy. When we tried to raise our concerns, the facility manager responded by yelling at us instead of offering any help or solution. Overall, a truly terrible experience—do not stay her...

Not a hostel that should be on website at all. There were only older men (30+) staying here. I didn’t sleep at all here because of the 3 men in my room snoring. Bed was really hard, i could feel the whole bottom of the bed through the matras. The door to the room doesn't lock, everyone could just walk in. Only 2 showers and 1 toilet for the whole hostel. The room itself is small but decorated pretty. Would not recommend this hostel for solotravelers at all.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this hostel is not good. There was one functioning shower for the whole hostel which was pretty dirty. There was absolutely no atmosphere. Worst of all, they charge 5 euros to use the AC in the room and only accept cash meaning we couldn't purchase, there were also no fans so it was too hot to sleep properly. Location was good though.

The WiFi didn’t work. The bathroom smell bad.

We arrived late, (at 22:01) having informed Nera, we were emailed instructions about how to get in. However, as there was no one in reception we weren't able to hire the air con, which meant we had to try to sleep with the window open (and a band playing outside - clearly not the hostel's issue). It made for a poor night's sleep. Nera communicated well by email, but not being able to access the air con, was poor as the rooms were very hot and stuffy.

1 toilet per gender, 2 showers overall, 1 is not even size 1x1 meter. aircon not included, only for additional £5. the room and whole property its extremely hot due to a position just under the roof. The receptionist is available only by good luck. Its just fine, and clean.

if you’re thinking about choosing this hostel keep in mind that it does not have an age limit, the hygiene and cleanliness is all around is very poor. i’d say the only good thing about the hostel is its location. if you have big luggage, it’s very likely that you will struggle. there is only one bathroom and 2 showers for the whole hostel. if you don’t want to spend little money, sure you can stay here but i recommend paying a little more and checking other options

Friendly staff and good location. Not the best for meeting people but I was totally fine with that.

El hostal muy bien ubicado, la habitación me gustó; así como en el espacio pues me sentí como en casa, con excepción que la madera cruje y la cantidad de espejos que hay. Estaría genial que hubiera estufa para poder cocinar, en caso de ser necesario. Para mejorar la seguridad sugiero que se modifiquen las contraseñas cada tanto, no obstante que, hay cámaras. Gracias!

The hostel is super small, the kitchen is not very equiped there are no cooking facilities, no dining places and no breakfast available. I didnt get a key for the door of my room. Tho its clean, cute small common room to sit in amd in the very center so its very convinient.

My husband and I had a nice stay. This hostel is very conveniently placed and only a short walk from the main square and tram station in the heart of Zagreb. The main complaint we had was the strong smell in our room during our entire stay. The smell was first of cigarettes, even though the hostel has a nonsmoking policy. It then changed to the smell of sewage which was very unpleasant. Other than that, everything was great. The bedroom, kitchen, bathrooms and shower rooms were clean.

They have free coffee, only 17 min walk to the train station. In the middle of the hub. Need to have your own toiletries. They provide towels. Bed squeaks anytime you turn. It’s small but very cute and cozy. Would stay there again if in town

Pretty basic hostel, you pay for what you get. Lack of storage in rooms and only two showers for the whole place. Good location and felt safe, decent for a day or two

Check in was tricky as the host was not in when I was supposed to arrive but after a phone call and a slight wait I got sorted out. 4 bed dorm was very good vlaue but only 2 toilets for the number of beds could be trick during the busy summer months. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a locker avaialble for valuables. A small kitchen and common room were available, again these could be busy if the hstel is full!

The location is the best thing about this hostel. The line 6 tram essentially takes you direct to it from the bus and train stations, and it’s a five minute walk to most of Zagreb’s main attractions.The rooms are nice and well furnished, but the kitchen is minimal - you cannot cook in it, as there is only a microwave and kettle. There is a fridge though. I did not have issues with the bathrooms but in the busier season the limited showers and toilets could cause someone an issue.

Nice hostel! Very central you can walk to everything. Bathroom was a bit far away from our room, but not the biggest problem. It was clean and towels were included. We had a nice stay

The hostel is right next to the city square which is great. The hostel its self is quite boring however, it’s a very small part of a building with a a few rooms and a shared shower and bathroom which isn’t the best.

Pretty basic and not very social, but location was great and price was very reasonable.

Reasonably priced double room with comfortable bed and air conditioning. Great location right by the main square of Zagreb’s upper town. Only 1 male and 1 female toilet, so often had to wait to use. Walls are very thin so heard lots of noise from the corridor - but hostel was generally quiet at night so no real issue.

I enjoyed my stay, the I payed for a dorm that was supposed to be 4 beds. But the dorm had 5 beds, felt a bit weird. They should have given me some money back.

It was a really nice place! We never Saw any employes, but they made it easy to check in and so on, so no problem:)
