El albergue está muy bien y muy limpio, las camas son cómodas y silenciosas. ¡La gerente es de una amabilidad notable! Recomiendo

Adorei! Pessoal muuuito simpático e instalações simples mas bonitas, muito cómodas e limpas. Talvez para ficar muito tempo não fosse o sítio ideal, eu só fiquei uma noite antes de subir o vulcão e foi o ideal porque o colchão era mesmo confortável e as cortinas cortavam qualquer luz. Contudo (como a maioria dos hosteis na Guatemala) não há sítio onde deixar as malas fechadas como cacifo ou assim…

The staff were very nice but the facilities were not great. If you're into the party hostel idea it can be fun, but if you want a chill place to stay, this is not it.

The location of the Hostel is great. But apart from that, I wouldn’t recommend it. The dorm is really small and the beds are dirty. Even if they have a nice rooftop terrace, I missed an indoor common room! In general the vibe in the Hostel wasn’t nice :(

pro: - good location - price - free water con: - zero security. doors cannot be closer, no lockers in the room. everyone can enter the hostal all the time - wifi not working in the room. barely working at reception - showers in the dorm are flooding the whole room - no curtain on the bad - bar pretty expensive

I have booked a 4 bed doorm and was luckily alone in it. Moving around must be impossible with more than 1 person in there. The door cannot be properly closed and there are no lockers making it unsafe. Especially since the doorms are right next to the bar area which plays loud music until at least 22 o'clock and people continue talking loudly until whenever. So if you are looking for a place to relax before or after your vulcano hike, better reconsider.
