Capsule Inn Valencia

- We are very disappointed. We booked this place because we are familiar with this system and generally like it. However, it was a disaster. We waited outside in front of the door for at least half an hour because they supposedly couldn’t find our reservation. The man on the other side was completely confused, disorganized and unresponsive. When he finally found the reservation, we were allowed to enter. Inside it wasn’t very clean and the air was so bad and stuffy that it made you feel nauseous. Additionally, considering the large capacity, there was only one toilet for women and one for men.Never again – the worst experience.

+ No está mal solo para una noche

- Es horrible y sucio, no lo recomiendo para nada. En las noche dejan entrar a gente de la calle a dormir calientes y, aun que se quedan en el área comun, huele muy feo Las toallas las cobran en 3 euros Los baños sucios y la capsula no está mal, algo cómoda pero todo es extremadamente ruidoso. No lo recomiendo, pero si van nos se queden mas de una noche

+ It was cheap

- Someone stole my jacket from my locker and I had to ask to check the cameras, but even though there were signs that said that the locker area was surveilled, the reception said there were no actual cameras. The bathrooms smelled a bit and it was quite far from the center, but close to the train station. they only have towels for rent. The capsules were okay but we could hear absolutely everything, other people's alarms, steps and noises. Overall it was a good price but I had a bad experience.

+ Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación, y he de decir que no me dio ningún tipo de claustrofobia. La chica de recepción cuando llegamos muy maja… pero todo lo demás un desastre.

- Leímos que las cápsulas estaban insonorizadas, pero eso es falso, son simplemente literas envueltas en plástico, por lo que se escucha al de bajo roncar, el de delante hablar… cada vez q se abre una cápsula se escucha, al igual que los andares de la gente… es decir, se escucha todo. También es muy incómodo que de abajo se gire y se mueva tu cama… no lo recomiendo para nada! Tb entra la luz por las ranuras… Si hablamos del tema limpieza, los baños son como los de un gimnasio… si vas con tus chanclas, pues bien. Eso si, no nos pudimos tapar con el nórdico porque estaba muy sucio, no sé cuántas personas lo habrán usado… pusimo la calefacción de la cápsula para no pasar frío, pero es como tener encendido un tractor… NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA EL HOTEL…Quisimos vivir una experiencia, y fue un HORROR de experiencia…

- La chica de la recepcion una antipatica la gente de afuera se colaba con el codigo y se ponian a duchar y a inundar todo el recinto te ponen que hay que respetar el descanso pero son todos giris y hacen ruido a todas horas. Dormimos fatal por que se oye todo la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada

- Not worth the money. The capsules are v small that you cannot breathe. You can easily get a hotel room for this price. They donot provide any thing, no towels no toiletries nothing. Washrooms are dirty, commodes were clogged. Disguisting

+ Nos encanto la ubicación, también teníamos un locker donde dejar las maletas durante la estancia, bastante grande (para una maleta de cabina y mochilas), la capsula para dos personas se nos quedo bastante bien de espacio, muy bien, lo unico era que no estaba muy bien ventilada.

- La capsula no tenia mucha ventilación, hacia calor dentro.. a pesar de estar aun en temporada de invierno y que fuera en la ciudad hacia algo de frio, dentro de la capsula se sentía calor y eso puede ser incomodo, es lo único que puedo decir.

+ I liked staff a lot! They helped me with all my needs. I liked safety as a solo traveller woman a lot. I liked the sci-fi experience. Location in the city center was also very good and convenient regarding Train station and metro to airport.

- It seemed that my capsule was overdone with some fragrance spray and I had to keep doors open at night more than I preferred so there was some fresh air, it looked like the ventilation system didn't manage to do same by itself even on the max level.

- El colchon ,podria ser un poco mas comodo

+ Great location near the train station, facilities were clean, but smelly and stuffy

- Zero staff available even in an emergency. Set a check in time during posted reception hours and still no one was there. Someone was sleeping in the kitchen area overnight. A young man fell and hit his head in the morning, was bleeding profusely and white as a sheet. Still staff never came. Guests were trying to care for him without missing their trains waiting for an ambulance. Lack of decency to have someone on call to show up for emergencies was appalling. What if it were me or my family member?!? We didn't even know the guy's name. Such a huge gap in safety has lead us to question any hostel with all self check-in/out. While it sounds convenient it is actually just a corner being cut to save the owners money at the expense of guest safety.

- No hay recepcionista ni personal a quien dirigirse para hacer cumplir las normas del ruido, la seguridad justita, no es buena imagen ver entrar a la guardia urbana buscando a alguien 😞

+ Que estaba limpio

- Calidad precio que no están ajustadas ya que tiene un precio que no se ajusta a lo que es

+ According to other hostel properties, at least you have special area and no light problem at night. It was a nice experience.

- If you feel stressed about being in closed areas, it may not be suitable for you.

+ La ubicación

- Era incómodo, no hay un espacio real para poder cambiarse, la cama era como una colchoneta de gimnasia.

+ Privacidad en la cápsula , ubicación del alojamiento , limpieza

- Al ser festivo estaba muy ocupado la mayoría de cápsulas eso dio lugar a algunos ruidos durante la noche y malos olores también el aire dentro de la cápsula no funciona muy bien por lo demás todo esto es entendible todo fue bien

+ Muy cómodo y limpio La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de la estación de tren y del centro

+ Buen precio

- Hacían mucho ruido unas usuarias a las 4 de la Madrugada.
