El hotel/hostal es muy deficiente, la cocina no tiene casi nada siendo que en otros hostales como Selina mínimo te ofrecen agua y café. Te cobran la ubicación porque el lugar deja mucho que desear

EXPÉRIENCE HORRIBLE. Nous sommes 2 voyageurs backpack. Nous avons réservé 2 lits dans dortoirs mixte de 16 lits. Seulement 3 personne dans la chambre. dame à la réception (grande blonde aux yeux bleu), refuse de nous mettre à côté & elle nous mets les 2 en hauts, sous prétexte que les lits du bas sont réservés. Nous avons passé 2 jours & personne ne s'est ajouté à la chambre. Ensuite j'ai vu une coquerelle énorme sur le mur d'un lit. Personnel ne veulent pas vraiment nous aider &...
We are 2 backpack travelers. we booked 2 beds in 16 bed mixed dormitories. only 3 people in the room. lady at the reception (big blonde with blue eyes), refuses to put us next to & she puts us 2 in the top, under the pretext that the bottom beds are reserved. we spent 2 days & no one added to the room. then i saw a huge cockroach on the wall of a bed. staff really don't want to help us & 0 understanding.
Not good for backpackers!! My least favourite hostel of my travel. The rooms, beds and bathrooms are fine, but there are no good common areas or spots to chill or work. It's hard to meet people, which to me is the point of a hostel. The biggest problem is that there is no gas stove, which forces you to buy food at the expensive restaurants in the area or eat instant noodles every night.
The equipment in the kitchen is very rare and there is no option to cook. The rental bike were too tall for us so we couldn’t take them. And the staff were not really friendly. But the room was very clean and nice!
On the day we arrived our bathroom had a funny smell. This got worse and turned out to be an issue with the toilet. The smell was sewage. We complained and they said they would look into it. We asked for compensation as we had to move into a room without a balcony, which we eventually got (50 usd). This was however a tedious process and the hostel staff was not exactly helpful. When inspecting our room they forgot to lock the door, leaving it open for several hours. The bikes were not free.
It’s a nice place with a good location. The showers are a bit dirty and I felt like the kitchen was not equipped enough. There was only one big knife and it wasn’t even sharp en there is no stove. Besides that some of my food was stolen two days in a row.. There isn’t really a common area to meet other travelers besides the kitchen. The people working there were very kind though and there are nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, plus it’s a quick walk to the centre :)
An sich gutes Hostel! In der Küche gibt es allerdings keinen Herd oder Ofen - nur einen Wasserkocher.
In the kitchen, however, there is no stove or oven - only a water kettle.
Mixed experience here. Loved the location, close to the buses/shops/bars/restaurants. However, some staff were nice but others unfriendly/unhelpful. Staff several times a day would come in the dorm and didnt seem to know who was staying/going (including early as 6.30am and putting all lights on/ talking). I found the 16bed and bathrooms dirty/not cleaned often, the room door handle/lock was also faulty the whole time. Lack of social space to meet others. Okay for a base if youre out all day.
Muy bien ubicado. Bastante bueno el lugar. lástima que muy temprano cierran todos los espacios comunes y hay que irse a dormir.
Very good location. quite good location. a pity that very early all the common areas close and we have to go to bed.
Compared to the Jan Thiel site, this location was a bit dirty and could use some more practical kitchen equipments. The rooms were okay, but the property itself needs to be renovated.

The hostel itself is really good. Well located and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. I would highlight that the hostel should have a stove to make backpackers life easier. And also, they have a whatsapp group to connect travelers so it’d be nice if they send the link right after your booking so that all travelers can conect before getting in the island. Shoutout to Anita, the nicest and kindest on this hostel.

Prima hostel op een fijne locatie. Snachts is er beveiliging aanwezig. De keuken is echter ondermaats en ook de schoonmaak kan wel een update gebruiken. Verder prima verblijf

Location was fine. Only about a 5-10 minute walk from the main area. Absolutely no atmosphere. Staff isn’t really knowledgeable about things to do in the area and the hostel doesn’t have any connections with tour companies/ rental companies so your kinda on your own for that. Privacy shield for bed was stained and dirty so I felt gross touching it but bathroom was really nice and clean. Basically just a place to sleep. Bonus is, they have car rentals. Reserve in advance though.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca en el centro de la ciudad. Es aseado, organizado, tiene cocina con algunos utensilios, sin embargo no tienen horno para cocinar.
The location is perfect, very close to the city center. it is clean, organized, has a kitchen with some utensils, however they do not have a oven to cook.
Enjoyed my stay! Staff were very helpful with any questions, storing my luggage, and calling me a taxi when I was having issues with the app. Great location, walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and queen emma bridge. My private room was clean and comfy, offered air con, full length mirror, end tables. Not a social hostel but still enjoyed my stay. Sushi next door was fantastic and can be ordered online. Only need one night here in my opinion unless you’re doing day trips from here.

I good overall hostel in an excellent location... would of been nice if they offered coffee ☕ but since Curacao is a Tourist Trap I understand why...9/10 overall I would recommend this property...
There's great staff here and the location is decent, but it feels like it is in an area that's not super close to anything major happening and it's not that easy to get elsewhere without a bus or taxi. The only other potential complaint I have is that, though my bed felt very comfortable, it smelled pretty musty and I didn't love that. It might be the season. There were also a lot of mosquitos. Other than these things, the people who stay there are very friendly and the staff is quite helpful.
Loved my stay here! I booked a single bed in the ladies’ dorm and they gave me a free upgrade to a private room with its own shower and a king size bed! Daily cleaning, kind and helpful staff, trustworthy and nice people staying by… what a dream! My only suggestion would be regarding the infrastructure — the door didn’t always close all the way; I had to lock it manually to ensure it wouldn’t pop open. However, that’s an easy fix. If only I had more time to stay…
Very strategic location in Curaçao as a solo traveller. It's not too far from the airport and you have bus connections to everywhere from Punda and Otrobanda which aren't too far walking. Several local food places nearby. The hostel itself has good facilities especially the dorms are very comfy, the only thing that is missing is a kitchen with stove, right now it's more like a kitchenette with kettle, egg boiler and microwave. Not the best place to meet other solo travellers but would stay agai...
