- Me tuve que ir porque la gente en el piso de abajo estaba de fiesta, bebiendo y fumando (no cigarros) Evidentemente no quise pagar y con motivos suficientes, y el que era responsable dijo que no me iba a reembolsar! Menudos. Si hacéis fiestas, ponerlo en booking, igual hay gente (como a mi) que no va a eso. Hasta nunca!

+ It has a nice social and party atmosphere, but that does not make up for lack of hygiene.
- 1) My bed had bedbugs which caused me so much trouble to wash everything. My body was feeling itchy for a few days. The staff helped with switching rooms and the laundry but did not seem to take the matter seriously. 2) Showers either not working or no hot water. 3) The club next door plays loud music until 4 am and didn't let me sleep as my bed was shaking from the sound. 4) There were some nice activities like city walking tours, but it randomly got canceled cause the organizer was not feeling like it that day.
+ The volunteer members of staff did their best to take care of concerns, but were bound by management policy.
- You go to a hostel to get a good nightrest and sleep. I did not get that for four days!. From 7:45 AM to 4:00 AM there is noise. In the weekend it is even worse. The club next door does not seem to have a time to stop. The hostel has not just one, but two party venues with loud music also during the day. Even during breakfast time there often is loud music. The very small kitchen is adjacent to the party hall. So it is like cooking and eating in a disco. Moreover, the stoves do not work properly and take a lot of time to warm up so you are forced to stay in the noise for considerable time. Escaping to the so-called quiet communal space is no option either, as this space is used by people making phone calls and has open windows linking it to the disco venue. Any complaints to staff DJs to lower the volume are not honoured, but simply ignored (also at 8 in the morning). The worst thing is the cancellation policy. On arrival I immediately sensed I was at a wrong place. I had not paid yet and only made a reservation through booking. However, they were not even willing to undo the last two days of the reservation. I felt trapped and decided to endure. In retrospect a wrong decision.

- Not caring disrespectful staff, facilities in bad shape - no electricity in the room for half of a day an staff took no action even after they promised to me and my roomate to fix it, dirty toilets, disrespectful and permanently high customers/roommates. I'd rather sleep in airport than in such a place, one of the worst experiences of all my travels.

- Me robaron 500 USD el día que me alojé,comenzando un viaje de 20 días y el hostel no dio una respuesta o ayuda alguna a resolver la situación,ni siquiera unas disculpas.Lo lamento por Mauro y Francisca que fueron muy amables pero no les recomiendo hospedarse ahi
- IMPOSSÍVEL DORMIR. a festa do hostel segue com som alto até às 1h30 da manhã e o barulho das discotecas perdura por toda a noite. Os tampões que eles oferecem não são suficientes.

- 毎日朝5時まで両隣のクラブの爆音で全く眠れません。設備やスタッフの評価以前に、眠れないホテルはホテルではありません。

Geinal lugar is a place in the world.
Super helpful staff. Free luggage storage, courtyard, and co-working area were super helpful. The wallpaper and decor are gorgeous. It was super close to cafes and restaurants, as well as clubs and the Pablo Neruda House. It was also cleaned daily. I would suggest no longer requiring wristbands. No one checked them, and it isn't safe to be required to walk around with your name, where you're staying, and the implication that you are not a local being accessible information to everyone.
It was super empty an there was all the time music so you couldn't just read a book and relax.

- Facilities were very basic - but it’s a hostel what do you expect. We only had hot water once for the 3 nights we were there. I think it’s supposed to be a party hostel as they had a DJ playing music in the common room but there was only like 4 people staying in the hostel so it was just abit unnecessary. It did finish at 11pm though.

+ The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the hostel was almost empty because I stayed one night on Christmas.

Para personas que buscan fiesta la ubicación es perfecta. En las calles alrededor hay muchos bares y antros. Esto hace que al lugar se duele algo de ruido, proporcionan tapones auditivos para reducir la afectación. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La limpieza sería el único punto en contra, algún día una persona entró a dormir a una de las camas de mi habitación, creo que probablemente se equivocó, porque al amanecer salió y nunca volvió, y la cama se quedó igual, dest...
For people looking for a party the location is perfect. In the surrounding streets there are many bars and taverns. This makes the place a bit noisy, they provide hearing aids to reduce the noise. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The cleaning would be the only downside, one day a person came in to sleep in one of the beds in my room, I think they probably got it wrong, because at dawn they went out and never came back, and the bed stayed the same, used untidy
+ This spot was picked out by a friend for us to stay. I would say the beds were comfy, the common area was nice to hang out and work on my laptop, and the staff was always super nice. Plus, the rooms and bathrooms were always clean.
- If the air conditioner in the bunk rooms wasn't on for a specific period of time, it was absolutely miserable. We were there end of October/early November. I would have to go to the front desk and request they turned on the air because you weren't able to do so on your own in the bunk room (no remote or switch available) and they have a switch they can flip on an iPad behind the front desk to turn it on. Some nights the room temp was nice and a reasonable temperature but others, an outrageously hot, trapped sweltering heat

+ La struttura è carina. I dormitori sono nuovi. Alcuni piccoli, ma con bagno in camera. Ci sono molti bagni disponibili. In reception ci sono tisane gratis disponibili. C'è una bella area coworking per stare al pc. Bar grande con biliardo. Alcune sere fanno il barbecue. Hanno lavanderia a gettoni con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
- La stanza era sporca. Nel lati dei letti c'era sporco accumulato. La zona è piena di pub, discoteche che fanno rumore tutte le notti. Se non hai i tappi non dormi. Una sera, le ragazze dello staff hanno fatto karaoke fino ad oltre mezzanotte ignorando il fatto che gli ospiti volessero dormire. La metropolitana è lontana.
Enjoyed my stay for a few days! My room was clean and the bathroom was clean every time I used it. Only major downside is the when nearby clubs at blasting their music super late it can be quite difficult to sleep.
