+ The staff was really nice.
- Maybe was bad luck, but the 16-mix room was super noisy. Literally I couldn’t sleep. I won’t come back to this hostel.
- Too many people, too much noise, the staff were not helpful.

- Wasn't a space for bag was fully missed out on the rooms, the wall next to my bed was dirty with no windows and not good ventilation in the room, also when you do check on they ask you to pay 20 dollars extra and they give you back when you take your sheets off so is kinda I do they job, wasn't a place for take a restI defo not get back again to this place

- El engaño . Solicité la cancelación de un día con más de un mes de antelación y me dijeron que sin problema,que podía cancelar hasta un día antes. Pues me hicieron pagar los dos días más la fianza.La chica de la recepción,que tenía cero empatía ,le echaba la culpa a Booking,pero quién contestô a mi solicitud fue el alojamiento..Enfin,un nefasto comienzo de vacaciones.

Really good hostel, staff are very friendly and the common areas are always so clean! Great facilities and great team :)
+ Super amable el staff, todo muy limpio y la ubicación es genial! Hasta me consiguieron un pase gratis en un gimnasio buenísimo que esta a media calle.

Lage des Hostels gut im Stadtzentrum. Das Bad und die Toiletten waren sauber. Zimmer sind sehr gross leider als ich ins Zimmer rein ging, erschrack ich, weil es ausah als wär eine Bombe explodiert. Überall lagen Klamotten. Im gang war es teilweise laut in der Nacht wurde die Kpche geputzt, was laut war.
By far the worst hostel I’ve stayed at in 26 countries. At check-in, staff tried to keep my passport because they “couldn’t use the payment machine” before I’d even had a chance to pay. Had to switch rooms mid-stay and leave luggage in unsecured storage. Second room had old women with cognitive issues and nonstop screaming and arguing all night, and staff did nothing. Bathrooms lacked toilet paper and most guests were long-term residents, so the atmosphere was awful overall. Location i...

+ The location was amazing it was close to absolutely anything and everything a stones throw from Haymarket, Town Hall, Museum, Chinatown, Hyde Park. Everything was so so close
- The pillow could have been better and could have done with a renewal and a new lick of paint on the bathroom ceiling would have been nice as it was getting rather very worn and peeling but aside from that nothing more to report

+ Amazing location, the staff is very friendly and gave clear indications when I did check in and check out as well.
- There are no toilets on the 3rd floor which is inconvenient but not awful.
