Personal muy atento y amable.

Es un lugar súper agradable, el personal te trata con mucha familiaridad, respeto y cariño, la ubicación es excelente tienes restaurantes, Cc, parques todo muy cerca… algunos detallitos de los zócalos por arreglar en la habitación pero lo demás todos muy bien… Volvería sin duda alguna.

It was wonderful, the hotel was clean and the people was so kind.

This hotel was really nice, the coffee and hot chocolate all day was amazing, the terrace was really nice, and the large kitchen was also amazing. It was a very clean and organized hotel, most rooms have ac but you need to pay extra. Very nice and safe location close to the park and restaurants. The party area is pretty close by but I could only hear it from the terrace

The owner was so lovely and welcoming! she let us check in at 8am so we could sleep after our 14 hour bus journey ! Great location and lovely little rooftop terrace to chill at !

está super bien ubicado, la terraza y la cocina son hermosas. El personal es muy amable. Lo malo fue la limpieza, habian mucha hormigas en la pared y solo nos hicieron aseo de la habitación 1 solo día

Es un lugar muy bonito y acogedor. está cerca de una zona con variedad de restaurantes y centros comerciales. Las personas que prestan el servicio son muy amables y muy dispuestas a ayudar

More like a hotel, if you sleep with 3 others you don't expect 2 double beds in a room, I wouldn't feel comfi sleeping like this with even 1 person, especially if a man, but all fine. Only issue was it said breakfast included online, which I didn't get in the end, also the checkout time 13h wasn't the case as they started to call me at 11h. Change it!

The room was clean and the staffs were very helpful and attentive. Helped me book a ride to Panachi and to the airport. The hostel was in an excellent location near all the bars, restaurants, and parks, everything was in walking distance. Had a great stay!

Viajeros has figured out the hostel game. Their beds are the number 1 distinction. They are made of steel, have privacy curtains, have lights and electric plugs. That means privacy and no squeaking! The Salento location has awesome views of the mountains from the bar. There are hammocks, a communal kitchen, hangout area and book swap.

Great place with helpful and friendly people and the perfect location to explore Bucaramanga.

I can only recommend the Anauco Hostel for a stay in Bucaramanga. The hostel is centrally located, everything you need is available and you can visit the nearby bars in the evening. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The owner, who is also a professor, always gives information about the city (in English). Thank you very much!
