+ Qu’avez vous aimé ? L’emplacement uniquement

- Je n’ai pas apprécié : la saleté, la poussière, l’usure et la moisissure. Le bruit et le personnel désagréable. Un accueil médiocre, j’ai attendu 1h dans le sasse car la chambre été encore occupée. Et de ce fait le ménage n’a pas été fait et les draps inchangés. Humidité excessive.

- Sonst alles Ich war 2 Tage da Es wurde nicht geputzt Es ist so kalt im Zimmer, dass ich heute zum Arzt musste Nie nie wieder!

+ Les gens sont sympathiques mais il n'est pas normal que la photo sur Booking ne corresponde pas à la réalité !!!

- La chambre se situe dans le hall d'entrée. C'est une grande baie vitrée et il faut tirer un rideau pour ne pas être vu des personnes qui passent par l'entrée. LA douche se prend dans les toilettes avec aucune sécurité électrique !!!!

+ -nice kitchen, but extra charge if you want to use it -location is excellent, in a quiet side street -bathrooms are fine, modern and clean

- -i booked a single room, it had no window, and behind a curtain there was a dark and huge storage room, I did not want to find out what was in it, so I changed the room, paying more -there was sand in my bed, probably blown into the room -the pictures are fake: the place is not spacious or bright - no reception or receptionist: there is a phone number at the door which is wrong, neighbours helped me out, some unwelcoming guys showed up to check me in -the atmosphere at the place is anonymous, only the cleaner shows up in the morning, this road is spooky -it is expensive for what you get

- ils m'ont appelé à la dernière minute pour me dire comme quoi la chambre réservée ne va pas me plaire car elle est au RDC et très humide

- Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel : les couvertures et les oreillers n’étaient pas propres, et la dame qui gère l’endroit nous a obligés à partir avant l’heure habituelle. De plus, elle n’était pas polie.

- The second I stepped my foot in that riad I was hit by mold smell. I went to my room in the forst floor and ot was dusty and dirty and moldy. I could see moldy dust on the shelves , on the bed frames and on the window surface. I tried to pull the curtain and the mold fell right on my face . The bed sheets were not washed and I asked to have them chnaged abs they did ch age them to a different color but the smell of pillow case had dandruff smell on it so I had to spray antibacterial and my cardigan to put my head on it and at night the blanket I covered myself with it was unbelievably dusty and moldy I had to only cover my legs with it and put on a jacket to sleep. Everytime I move it the dust would fly in the air and get into my mouth and face . The wooden ceiling in stairs was mint green of att the fungai growing there for years .I was itchy , I was caughing ,i was miserable. I would highly advise you to hire a cleaning staff and atleast hang the sheets under the sun if it's too hard to wash them. Endangering people's health is not fun

- I booked this riad for 3 nights and ended up leaving after the second night because the conditions were simply unbearable. My room had no window, was full of mold, spider webs, and the sheets were dirty and smelled awful. The humidity made it impossible to breathe at night—I woke up with a headache and a blocked nose each morning. The bathroom next to the room reeks of sewage, and the entire floor smells like urine. The entrance area is just as bad, with a strong smell of cat pee and everything covered in dust. I asked to change rooms, but the staff kept saying "we'll see" and then ignored all my calls and WhatsApp messages. I had to chase them down, and finally another guest helped me get in touch with someone. Even though I saw empty rooms upstairs early in the morning, they didn't offer to move me. After falling sick and being completely exhausted, I decided to cut my stay short and left a night early. I asked for a refund for the last night—they refused, after ignoring me for hours. This place is completely neglected, unsanitary, and not managed at all. They take your cash, hand you a key, and disappear. Do not be fooled by photos or good ratings—this riad is uninhabitable. I left sick, angry, and extremely disappointed.

- Keine Fenster, kein Personal vor Ort außer der Putzfrau. Das Bett hat gequietscht nur beim Atmen

+ Great location, comfortable room and good facilities.

+ Nice sized room. Natural light. Quiet atkosphere. Pleasant staff.

- Las fotos no son actuales. Hemos tenido la suerte de visitar muchos hostales y hoteles en Marruecos y podemos decir que ha sido de lo peor que hemos visto. Super sucio, cama dura, almohadas incómodas, ducha con humedad y lo peor de todo sin duda fue que el desagüe del piso de arriba hacía un ruido TREMENDO cada vez que alguien usaba el baño. Nos despertó varias veces. NO repetiría y NO lo recomiendo.

- Une chambre donnant sur le hall d’accueil, pas d’autre fenêtre, salle de bain partagée un peu vétuste

+ Its reasonable for the price - but all night there was builders drilling into the otherside of the wall i was sleeping next to. The kitchen was quite dirty and the roof too. But reasonable for the price and the staff were nice.

+ Très bien situé, accès à la cuisine et au frigo. Personnel gentil.

- La taxe de séjour était plus cher que partout ailleurs où nous sommes aller, même les autres grandes villes.

+ In der Nacht waren Bauarbeiten vom Nachbarhaus zu hören. Das hat beim Schlafen gestört.

- Der Boden war sandig.

+ Good kitchen n location is very central Parking at Bab Doukkala is cheap n only 4 mins walk Close to attractions n very quiet location

- Shower head plastic edges very sharp as is badly chipped.n dangerous ..scratched my neck
