Terrible service, very slow and incompetent. No cleaning people even though they advertise as a hotel and it pissed me off that they advertise they’re nicer than most hostels and charge for water. Only redeeming quality is a great working space.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this hostel. The room was completely filled with mosquitoes upon entry. It smelt, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty. When I reported the mosquito issue, I was told to just ‘spray them’ and was handed bug spray. It took a while to spray them all and this then caused another issue- dead mosquitos all over the floor. The room was absolutely filthy. The electricity also cut out twice due to ‘maintenance’ without any prior warning. Disappoin...

I booked this hotel only because they had a discount and therefore a good price. I booked several weeks ahead via Hostelworld. When I got there to check in they said that something was wrong and that I wasn’t not getting the price I booked it for. The actual price was almost double. Since I had travelled for almost 24 hours I was so tired and didn’t have the energy to find a new place. So I payed the extra price to be able to check in and have a nap. Op de foto’s zag het er heel goed uit, maar wat je niet ziet is de service en de geur. Mijn kamer rook naar schimmel en ik zag dat het kwam voor een lekkage van de airco. De kamer was vochtig en daardoor mijn kleding ook. Het voelde niet gezond aan. Daarnaast werd tijdens mijn hele verblijf aan het zwembad gewerkt waardoor ik er geen gebruik van kon maken, en ook de receptiemedewerkers vond ik niet allemaal even vriendelijk of behulpzaam.

I rarely write reviews let alone bad ones but I had to share. The staff are friendly enough, the hostel itself was in bad shape. Upon entering the lobby the wall paper is peeling from the walls with signs of mold and water damage. The shower smelled of mold & it was all over the tiles. My friend had bed bug bites all over her body after one night. Linens were covered in stains (bedding had blood stains). We left and were told we’d receive a refund, never did & can’t reach anyone from the com...

Decepcionante el servicio ofrecido por el personal a pesar de ser un alojamiento precioso. El día de mi llegada no me pude duchar ya que no había agua, no limpian la habitación diariamente y no dan soluciones a los problemas. No volvería a pesar de gustarme mucho las instalaciones (piscina, jardín y habitación)

Badkamer stonk, airco ook en was vrij vies, ook ging er bij ons 2x een alarm snachts af. Dit werd wel opgelost toen we iemand van de receptie gingen halen.

I have stayed in a lot of hostels and this one does not get it right. The staff were very unhelpful when we asked questions. The room was average, with a unpleasant smell. No atmosphere what do ever. A 20 minute bike ride to the main areas.

Vielleicht hatte ich einfach zu hohe Erwartungen, aber ich hatte durchweg das Gefühl, dass das Zimmer vor mir nicht geputzt wurde. Dusche noch dreckig, Flecken auf Bettwäsche und Handtuch und es gab kein Klopapier als ich ankam. Ich hatte direkt nach einem neuen Handtuch gefragt, aber das neue hatte auch Flecken. Lage ist direkt an einer großen Straße, aber im Zimmer habe ich nichts gehört. In meinem Zimmer hat es nur so vor Mücken gewimmelt

Zimmer hat gestunken und überall waren Ameisen, Bad und Zimmer erschienen generell ungeputzt vor unserem Aufenhalt. Wlan-Verbindung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren dreckig. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung des Zimmers war ansonsten gut(Fernseher, Ausblick etc.)

Zimmer hat gestunken und überall waren Ameisen, Bad und Zimmer erschienen generell ungeputzt vor unserem Aufenhalt. Wlan-Verbindung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren dreckig. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. It was quiet at night, which we liked. But it’s a 20 minute drive to Uluwatu. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Overall our stay was good.

Very close to GWK on a very busy difficult to cross street. Room was comfy, pool was nice but no shallow end. The sinks in our room were quite dirty and clogged, making them basically unusuable. The lobby/cafe smells strongly of smoke, making us not want to use the area. There is a cute hotel cat. Decent place to stay if you want to go to GWK, some nice restaurants and ATMs in the area. This is a hotel, not a hostel.

staff was very nice and helpful but the room was filthy

Cleanliness here was super poor, when we checked into our room the bins were full from previous peoples stay, and bathroom was dirty. The location is on a proper main road so hard to cross and is out of the way from beaches. Staff were kind.

I had a great experience, Benny the manager was a kind and loving person. He truly helped me out when I needed him the most, even the employees were excellent and I loved the place and sitting of the area. Would definitely recommend!!

Un hostal con mucho potencial (habitaciones espaciosas, buena piscina, bonita recepción), sin embargo, al llegar no había nadie en la recepción (fui a buscar a la encargada que estaba acostada en una de las habitaciones), nos pasaron una habitación con muy mal olor y nos tuvimos que cambiar a otra que estaba mejor. was a lovely location with amazing staff but the bed was very uncomfortable, woke up so sore and could hardly sleep, normally I'm not one to have a hard time where I lay my head but the bed here was 2/10

Estuvimos dos noches sin agua. El personal no nos dio ninguna solución

Pictures are very old. Rooms are quite clean, beds are comfortable and A/C worked well, but bathroom shower and sink didn’t drain well which was quite gross. Also A/C leaked water and there was mould on one wall and inside the entire wardrobe. Checked other rooms to change to but they were worse- really smelled like mould. Staff were very nice and helpful but speak almost no English so if there’s a problem it’s a bit tricky to sort out. Cafe part not open.

Loved staying here as we explored Uluwatu!! Was a great location in between the beaches with many local restaurants close by.
