Closed down the day we left and there was a mother and her son living in our room. Common room was nice
Not worth the money
No tenian para cargar el celular en cada cama habia un cargador para toda la pieza, no tenian lámparas, estaba limpio pero te limpiaban casi en los zapatos el primer Recepcionista muy simpático los otros pesados y ko daban ninguna indicación
They didn't have a cell phone charger in each bed there was a charger for the whole room, they didn't have lamps, it was clean but you were wiped almost to your shoes the first receptionist was very friendly the others were heavy and they gave no indication
Bunk beds where a children's bunk beds not very sturdy the lockers weren't secure at all staff was telling the whole common room to be quite after 10pm during a game of cards staff used milk and sugar that I'd purchase for their own drinks and needs shower cubicle was broken one toilet to share between a room of 8 people and had to go down down to the lower levle to use restroom if it was occupied in the middle of night there is no cooking facility's other than a microwave and a kettle
room under the roof, boiling hot, no air conditioning. the plugs are fare away from the beds. old beds, low quality. no bed light. non-stop noise coming from the bathroom. no common spaces. overpriced

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY HAVE A THEFT PROBLEM.
The hostel was alright, but I had to lay down the linen on my bed, which was annoying, especially when I was tired. There were some weird guys in my room; it seems like they let anyone in.
Es war teilweise echt eklig, weil es so dreckig war (vor allem im Badezimmer) und im obersten Stock hatte man kein Internet mehr.
Private rooms are not worth the price. Go to a hotel for almost the same price and a better experience.

Would definitely recommend. Good hostal overall. The staff was very helpful and nice to talk too. The only downside is that I barely met anybody beside the people in my dorm as kt is not really a social Hostal.
Private rooms are not worth the price. Go to a hotel for almost the same price and a better experience.
Os armários poderiam estar em melhores condições. O fato de não ter tomadas do lado sas camas também é bem inconveniente. Poderiam colocar cortina nas camas para melhorar a privacidade de cada pessoa.
The fact that we don't have shutters next to the beds is also quite inconvenient. we could put curtains on the beds to improve the privacy of each person.

Overall good stay. Front fest so helpful and friendly location good with bus and tram. Kitchen pretty small appliaces keep blowing the breaker
Free ironing, a kitchen (kettle, tea, microwave, sink, cups, plates, utensils, sink; all for free) open 24/7, fridges available to store things, friendly staff (they have fresh orange juice and bread in the lounge in the mornings), and breakfast available for groups. Will definitely recommend to those looking for a hostel in Vienna! Heads up: No outlets near beds since theyre wooden, but they have extension cords at the front desk you can ask for; and 5 euro deposit for a keycard they return.
The location is really good and it is good for a short stay but I think so many thinks can be improved in the hostel!

It has what it needs to have. I stayed only for one night, it's perfect for a short visit to the city

it was a decent hostel plus the location was cool too, it was better than the a&o hostel that is a little nearby.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super. Es war sehr sauber. Leider konnten wir an 2 Tagen nicht mehr dort frühstücken, weil das Hostel am 26.10. erst einmal geschlossen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert!!! DANKE
The staff was great. it was very clean. unfortunately we couldn't have breakfast there in 2 days because the hostel is closed on the 26th of october. we would stay there again anytime. the staff was very friendly, helpful and solution oriented!!! thank you!
No es nada del otro mundo. No tienen cocina lo que no es muy práctico en especial con lo caro que es comer en Vienna. Está un poco alejado de lo turístico pero está en el centro así que es bastante accesible.el personal muy agradable,las duchas eran muy viejas y les faltaría un poco de mantenimiento pero por lo demás todo bien.
It's not a great place. they don't have a kitchen which is not very practical especially with how expensive it is to eat in Vienna. it's a bit far from the tourist area but it's in the center so it's quite accessible. the staff is very friendly, the showers were very old and they would lack a little maintenance but otherwise all is well.
El hostel por dentro parece medio viejo. Poca onda y poca actividad. El baño no tenía jabón ni para lavarse las manos y nunca lo repusieron. No sé si volvería a elegir este lugar
The hostel inside looks half old. little wave and little activity. the bathroom had no soap or hand washing and it was never re-filled. i don't know if i would choose this place again
cool staff and ok location, but the room smelled so bad!
There isn’t really a kitchen to cook anything. But it was nice because it was next to the train station I was using at 6:30 am. But outside the downtown area by 15-20 minutes but great public transit so no issues. Would stay again and good value for the money we paid.
No curtains, no plush by bed, no fans!
The only bad thing I have to say is that we found a single (pretty big) bug on a pillow, but the staff was very helpful and I don’t even think it was their fault since it may have come in from the window from the garden outside. The cleanliness is good. Maybe the toilet should have been cleaned a bit more often but we only stayed 3 days so I can’t say how often they clean it. Almost every service comes with a fee.
