Vinas Hotel

It is just not worth the money. Loud music at the pool bar all the time, for little to none guests (even late in the night), you hear it the room of course. Food in restaurant is bit expensive. We had towels from. previous guests in our room when we came and floor clearly wasn't swept. "Strict" policy of no food from the outside is just ridiculous, of course no kitchen for guest use. Idk

Had a nice stay and they do a great tour but the only couple issues I had was that they overcharged by not deducting our deposit off the total amount we paid for the stay. They also unfortunately don’t have a kitchen so you have to buy their breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beds/rooms were comfy and clean. Ac was also working. Nice staff and fair prices. Bathrooms were dirty tho and the shower had very little water. Otherwise good

this place has good & bad aspects. the staff were friendly & helpful, the pool, bar & restaurant facilities were good but the room, toilet and security were average. the room didn't have anywhere to hang a single thing or store clothes, the windows were very thin & had no netting which for a place with lots of mosquitos was disappointing. the shared toilet area had holes in the ceiling where water leaked through and it wasnt the cleanest. there was no security to the hostel, off a dirt track.

I didn't like that much the attention, they offer you a tour plan at a price in the afternoon and then it changes in the evening. This could be improved. I mean there should be standard fares. Also the rooms can be cleaner and the bed have a curtain at least.

We were a group of girls staying at this hostel. We felt extremely uncomfortable during our stay. The staff videoed and photographed us constantly without our permission and used it as promotional content on their social media. A number of people in our group also got very sick while staying here so wouldn’t recommend the food/water. Pool was never cleaned. The day trips were good for exploring the area but would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation!

Great place to stay!

The staff is super friendly and it’s nice that they have a pool and special beers, haha. It’s not social, but what do you expect from a hotel? The showers don’t really work that well and when they do it’s mostly burning hot. The rooms are nice and they have AC.

très belle hotel. pas de cuisine a disposition mais ils font les repas(assez chère mais bon)

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, has everything, staff are great and very helpful, it’s clean, the common area is packed with things to do, the only downside was the shower, it has one temperature and it’s very hot.

Pretty nice hostel. Perfect for doing the activities around. The only thing I missed was a kitchen :)

Really nice and well priced hotel in Lanquin. Great facilities and the staff are wonderful and helpful especially Gabby and Karolina. Place has a great bar and pool area. Recommended.

Nice place! The pool is really nice, and the dorm is the biggest I've seen on my whole trip... Just a shame they don't have a kitchen and their restaurant is a bit expensive...

Dans l ensemble c’est assez sympa et le personnel est cool chambres spacieuses mais une douche le 8 lits. Et pas de prises proche des lits et pas assez pour tout le monde. L’eau est chaude une fois sur deux. Cadre magnifique , et orga au top quand on arrive en bus tout est pris en charge.

das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber (kein Locker für Gepäck). Das Hostel bietet kostenlos Shuttles an von und zur Busstation. Wusste ich vorgängig nicht und war positiv überrascht, besonders nach einer langen Busfahrt.

Its a pity there is no kitchen (food is not allowed at all) and that you have to pay to use the swimming pool. Room was very clean, and the common areas are beautiful.

Had such a great stay at Vinas! Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Great facilities with onsite, restaurant, bar and pool. Great value for money!

Pasamos un buen tiempo aquí. Es un buen lugar para relajarse y conocer las atracciones principales de la región. Tienen muy buen servicio, el personal fue muy atento. Martín nos atendió muy bien. Solo nos hubiera gustado que tuvieran más servicios incluidos, como el desayuno.

Le personnel est très accueillant et se tiens à votre disposition au moindre problème. En revanche les lits sont très inconfortables…. Je sentais les lattes du sommier, le matelas était tout fin j’ai extrêmement mal dormi. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas depuis les chambres et le ménage un peu douteux. Sinon j’ai passé un excellent séjour.
