The hotel is in a good location, close to Galleria Dell'academia. The staffs are fine and polite, and they let us leave our luggage in the reception before the check in time. However, in the room, the windows were only with glass and the curtains didn't block 100% the view from outside, so we didn't have totally privacy, once it was possible to see the room from outside. Our bathroom smelled terrible like mold and sewage combined.
It was fine. For the price I would not say that it was worth it. Pros: fairly close to all of the main attractions. Staff were friendly and the room/bathroom was clean. Cons: the shower wasn’t great - you either had good pressure with freezing water or horrible pressure with lukewarm water. There were insecticide packets and diffusers left in the room which was somewhat concerning to walk into. Overall not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I would consider other options before booki...

Hotel Veneto doesn't pretend to be anything grand and the place was clean and the staff were friendly. Our shower pressure was pretty shocking unfortunately, and the beds were too short for my partner (6ft) so he had to sleep diagonally in the bed. It is in a good location, close to everything in central Florence.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds are super comfortable the room is spotless. The staff was really sweet and it was perfect for me and my three kids. This hotel is close to the center and walkable to the train station.

Incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff, and the rooms are clean and bathroom was nice. The location is only a few blocks from the David statue, and other iconic sites. Absolutely recommend.
