Wij hadden een privé kamer maar het was vies, heel vies. Ik had bloedspetters op mijn bed. De douch leek al jaren niet schoongemaakt te zijn. De wasbak lekte vanaf de onderkant. Overal liepen mieren op de grond en de wasbak. Locatie was ook niet heel top, het stonk want zaten dicht bij een vuilnisbelt. Had liever me geld aan een andere kamer besteed!!!!!
We had a private room but it was dirty, very dirty. I had blood spatter on my bed. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The sink leaked from underneath. Overall, there were spills on the floor and the sink. The location wasn't very top either, it stank because I was sitting close to a garbage belt. Had I spent my money on another room!!!!!
The sheets did not seem clean, pillows stink very badly. Did not feel safe at night outside of this hostel as it is in a alley without actual restaurants or other establishments.
You get what you expect for that price. We only stayed one night so it was fine. The room wasn’t clean though and it smelled like someone smoked in there. The showers were quite dirty. Beds not that comfortable.
Op het gebied van hygiëne zijn er heel veel verbeterpunten. Bij binnenkomst lagen er allemaal zwarte haren op de vloer, deze (en al het meubilair) was plakkerig en er zaten veel vlekken in het bed laken. Daarnaast is het er erg gehorig. Als iemand op de gang loopt klinkt het alsof diegene in je kamer staat. Locatie is prima. In Surabaya is echter niet mega veel te beleven. Kwa incheck tijdens zijn ze echter wel zeer flexibel.
When entering there were all black hair on the floor, this (and all the furniture) was sticky and there were a lot of stains on the bed sheets. besides it is very loud. when someone on the gang loopt it sounds like those in je kamer staat. location is great. in Surabaya is however not much to see. however, for check-in during check-in they are very flexible.
The staff were so helpful when my card got swallowed by an ATM and I couldn’t pay the taxi driver, they really went above and beyond so thank you for that!
