I arrived the staff was smoking cigarette outside the front door the smoke was coming into my bed room . Black mold on wall in girl dorm . No heating , no hot water. Regular blackouts . The staff was abusive gaslighting “ calling me crazy when im not .” I felt like I was walking on egg shells every morning he was argumentative to someone. He opened my door without knocking ( I could be getting changed ) he opened toliet door knowing I was in their he found it funny
