I felt like I was living with drug addicts and homeless.

It was okay. You don't get keys or a keycard so it's impossible to lock the door to the room. And there is no way to lock the drawers under the beds, so any rando on the street with the code to the front door (which did not change for the 3 days we were there and maybe longer) has full access to all the stuff you can't fit into a small locker. All the good reviews talk about the staff: we did not meet anyone there. Location is not great. Clean enough. Fewer facilities than other hostels.

Based on reviews, my expectations for this hostel were quite high. The staff was great and helped me immediately with any issues, but I believe that the location and the flat are not a good fit to have a hostel placed. The appartment is very narrow and dark. Also, the communal areas aren't inviting at all. There was oil dripping from extractor hood, grose to cook. Also the other guests made me feel like staying in a homeless shelter rather than a hostel. Worst hostel experience for me so far.

I liked staying here a lot! The communal cage area downstairs was a little dusty but the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice!

Essentially an above shop house converted into hostel, so small & pokey the vibe. Grand if going to soccer match as both grounds close, but for all else, stay in central Liverpool.

The hostel is rather far away from the city, but at least the bus stop is near. I wouldn't recommend the hostel for backpackers, as the vibe wasn't too great. My sheet had stains on it and the fact that you cannot lock the door, gave not the most secure feeling. Jaume (the host) was super kind and helpful.

Good hostel. Loved the bathroom. Also quite tidy. The beds were not very comfortable though. When I visited, there wasnt much crowd as well. But it seemed okay.

Comfy hostel close to Goodison (5 mins walk) and Anfield (20 mins), came here for a game

a pretty solid deal if you are in Liverpool. it's just a short walk away from both the Goodison and Anfield. There are nice restaurants nearby (including a Wetherspoon!). my room (6 bed dorm) was clean and the ensuite washroom was also pretty nice. This hostel does not have activities and events if you are into that sort of stuff, more like an accommodation which I didn't really mind.

The accommodations were very clean and well maintained, the common area was spacious and comfortable to work in. The lockers are safe for your stuff and the keypad entry feels very secure. The staff were extremely quick to respond to a minor issue I had with the TV volume in the common area and were polite and professional. It was a 10/10 experience and I would recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Hostel is very nice. Bed, bathroom and kitchen were all perfect. There was lots of lounge space to relax in as well. Staff could have maybe done with name tags or something, given you don't check in to the hostel I never met any staff so I'm not sure if the people I saw were guests or staff. The location is good. Very close to a bus stop and then just one bus to city center. Unfortunately the area is a bit rough, I had an incident with some teenagers on my walk home one night, I didn't feel saf...

The location was admittedly slightly out of the way. It was right by a very major bus stop but buses stop at ~11:30 so I had to uber back after going out to the sights at night (it was only 7 quid from city center though, so not too shabby)! The vibes were good and it was very clean. The staff was also incredibly attentive and check-in was a breeze. My main complaint is security; it’s not in the best neighborhood and the only lock is a code for the exterior door; none of the inside doors lock.

Really lovely place to stay only 1 bus from the city centre also really clean!!

Clean & comfortable. Always appreciate a dorm with bed curtains. A ways out from the centre but easy enough to get to with buses stopping nearby. Attentive staff and good common areas. Only improvement could be ventilation in the bathroom as it stays quite humid for a while after the shower is used, and locks for the individual dorm rooms, although all it felt fine & safe during my stay

Je suis restée 1 semaine au Liverpool Pod et tout s’est super passé ! C’est très propre, confortable et calme (j’y était début octobre). Isis la volontaire était adorable et toujours là si besoin ! Je recommande !!

Situé à deux pas des stades mythiques de Everton FC et du Liverpool FC, l’auberge est pratique, propre et dans un quartier populaire et vivant de la ville. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Mention spéciale pour Tim, le responsable, qui symbolise à lui seul la mentalité des gens du Nord de l’Angleterre : gentillesse, serviabilité, générosité. Je recommande fortement cet établissement pour ceux qui souhaitent une expérience immersive dans la ville de Liverpool 😊

The hostel was very clean (especially the bathrooms) and communication was excellent. It is well connected to the center and walking distance from one of the stadiums. The interior has seen better days though, a deserted breakfastroom/pub on the ground floor, piles of unopened mail in the hallway, no keys for the rooms,…. It is a good place to stay the night and I would book again but some of the pictures online advertise things of bygone days and sell a different vibe.

Good hostel but sadly a bit further away from the city (especially if you plan to go out at night)

It was a challenge to take my suitcase up the staircase with the narrow stairs. Room was fine with good amenities although the toilet seat was a little wobbly. Easy to get to from the main bus station in Liverpool. A massive shout out to Louisa , who worked over the days I was there.

Great hostel. It is a bit far from the city center, but the facilities are really comfortable. The WiFi was not working really well when I was there, but I would definitely come back

Pretty good hostel and I’d definitely recommend it! Clean, good facilities, nice staff. Also free washing machine and dryer available. The kitchen could undergo a bit of a clean out especially fridges, little pantry and cups and plates could be put into better positions.
