+ The only one things that I have to recognize is the really good location but the rest was awful.

- I don't like to speak badly of a place, but when it's due, you have to do it. First, the staff looks at you and treats you as if you were worthless and it gets to a point where it actually makes you feel uncomfortable to be in that establishment. Disdainful glances towards people who only want to be in a place that supposedly says that the people and staff "supposedly" are friendly. When they are not even close to that. You have to tell things as they are. Improve your staff and the way you look at and treat people, being you the one who is hiring a service, therefore you as an employer must make the client have a good experience in the place. I didn't expect this to be honest, since I previously stayed at OneFam in London and it was totally opposite to this one and that's why I decided to come back. But it wasn't like that. Aside from that, to finish, the people in that place do not respect your things that you leave in their place. I left several of my things in their place and when I returned to my room they were all moved as if someone had peeped in my things. It is something that I find totally disrespectful. Based on my experience, it is not a place where you can go and leave your things in the room. Even to end up in the bed where you sleep you have a black curtain that you close before sleeping, right? Okay, I come at night and I close it and suddenly I get up and it is open where I have my face. Please, it is called education to respect the sleep of others. Everything is terrible, I hope that at some point they manage to improve and have more empathy with the guests.

- Overhyped and overpriced. The facilities were not good compared to other hostels at this price range.
