Samps Hostel

Not safe. Worst place I ever been. I have been in terrible hostels and never been any peaky, but this one made me feel so anxious and unsafe that I immediately booked a new one as soon as I stepped in there. The amount of creepy people staring at you is crazy and almost all the female toilets had broken doors: you cannot lock the door when you shower. It doesn t help the fact that the place is smelly and looks like an abandoned asylum from an horror movie.

The washrooms were not upto the mark, the water used to get clogged in the sink, the bathrooms were not having any doors to lock. The lockers were without locks.

Location is good and cheap so i prefer it always staff some are so good and overall not bad

If i could give a 0 star for everything i would have done it

Everything is good but need to improve kitchen facilities.

I had a reservation. When I arrived at 10 p.m. they told that they sold my place to somebody else. "Sorry we can not help you" 🙈 There was at least 2 more cases except mine thet evening. I do not recommend, if you are not affraid to find yourself on the street in the middle of the night with a SORRY.

The guy at the desk was very nice but the room was awful. The beds were very creaky, it smelled awful & the bathroom was disgusting. We left early in the morning with Almonte no sleep at all

The dirtiest Hostel I l have ever stayed at. The facilities are extraordinarily dirty, hairs everywhere, mold in every single room. The window in the room couldn’t be closed, so it was very noisy and cold during the night. It stinks so much everywhere.

Photos are fake. Please do yourself the favour and read the reviews as well, it has soooo many bed bugs and a lot of mold. I get that it is a budget hostel but this is unsafe for everyone’s wellbeing.

Pretty normal experience, was expecting horror stories based on the reviews but it was fine. Room, staff and people were nice, bathrooms weren't stocked with anything at all which was very bad but apart from that, no complaints

The plus is the location which is near everything, close to a subway station, restaurants, supermarkets, and so on. The down point is that many guests leave bathrooms dirty and that if some guests use up the hot water, you'll end up taking a cold shower. But if you have time to wait for 30 minutes then you'll have hot water to bathe again. So the water is more about managing time. The kitchen is spacious and I had nice conversations with several guests there from all over the world.

Un hôtel qui mériterait plus d’attention quant à la propreté des lieux. Le personnel est très accueillant ce qui apporte un peu de sécurité et peut rassurer pendant le séjour. Beaucoup d’humidité et de froid dans la chambre ou j’étais. Le premier soir je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude dans la douche; ce qui pose problème après une journée de voyage intense. Pieza sucia y muy húmeda. Se traspasaba el agua por debajo de la ventana, dejando mojado. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, los lockers para guardar las cosas también en mal estado. El baño sucio, sin jabón. No había sitio para cambiarse de ropa, todo muy incómodo. Había un secador que estaba malo. El colchón de la cama es malo y el cobertor que daban no era suficiente, considerando la humedad. El ambiente malo, es un hostel que se arrienda por mes, por ende vive gente ahí...

The worst experience ever, stayed there for two nights with my best friend. Safety: it’s unsafe place where one night when we back to sleep we found someone sleeping on my friend’s bed and then fight happened between the receptionist and a guy from the room. Cleanliness: Super dirty toilets and showers smell bad, my friend got bed bugs from his bed. Also when the man slept in his bed he used my friend’s blanket and pillow and when my friend ask for replace them they said they don’...
