NAP Hostel

Okay hostel, far away from the train station

Stayed on 10/2 in female dorm, ended up with 20+ painful bed bug bits and accidentally transferred to a friend after leaving. I lost a day getting new luggage and cleaning or throwing out everything. While the hostel had some nice features (courtyard, healthy breakfast, secure storage lockers) I wouldn't stay there again. I only got mngt attention and refund after leaving a bad review and being asked to take it down...! Apparently they do weekly bedbug checks but other reviews show similar issue

Bedbugs kind of ruin your experience in a hostel. Especially if there are no vacant beds and guess you just gotta sleep in that bed or idk, like a hobo on the street

El barrio donde está ubicado me resultó bastante feo, mucha basura en la calle y super oscuro de noche. De día está bien (sugiero llegar de día). Para llegar hay que subir una calle con bastante pendiente y hay que subir muchas escaleras, no recomiendo para gente con equipaje pesado. Está cerca del centro. Las habitaciones y baños están bien, el desayuno muy bueno y completo.

Staff could be nicer in general and more helpful. For example, did not give good info for transport between cities (I lost more than half a day, while another girl came from Napoli on a direct bus to Sorrento). Did not feel welcomed. Door knob stayed in my hand, etc. Been to many hostels and never wrote a negative comment. I’ve seen better vibes.

By far the dirtiest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. My friend and I both got sick from the mould and the smell in the bathrooms. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The rooms themselves are ok and there is a nice garden area to sit in but I would definitely avoid this hostel.

I did not like the stay. Wasn’t very social and the beds were so close to each that it felt wierd. The atmosphere wasn’t really there.

Would not recommend this hostel as it did give us bed bugs. The staff moved our room on the lastnight of our stay and the next morning as we were checking out the exterminator was waiting to spray the bed down. We were not offered any sort of refund or compensation for this even after emailing and attempting to contact the hostel. would not recommend!

Het was waarlijk zeer fijn verblijf, uitstekend ontbijt, bar, propere bedden, badkamer en fantastische ligging. Tuin is een echte plus in zo'n drukke stad. Enige minpuntje het soms asociale gedrag van enkele bezoekers, die zeer weinig aandacht hebben voor mensen die al slapen, s'ochtends bij het ontbijt hun bord meer dan vol leggen, waardoor anderen na hen het soms zonder moeten doen. Misschien iets om mee te geven bij de receptie, dat een zekere emphatie verwacht wordt in dergelijke setting.

Brilliant hostel, loved the tranquility of the shaded garden in the middle of this beautiful but nervous city of Napels. Thanks to all the very friendly and efficient staff, from reception to cleaning to breakfast and bar. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Napels

Amazing stay. The area is really interesting and everything is walking distance. Rooms are finely designed and clean. Naples is exciting!

So nice! The staff was very welcoming since the beginning. Area is safe and has everything you need. Hostel is 30 meters away from a local marketplace. The garden is a gem :)

My stay at this Hostel was extremely positive. It feels better than most hotels i've been to. Comfortable, safe, friendly. Very nice common areas and design. The breakfast was delicious and the position is extremely favourable to see the most important things in Napoles

Great place and strategicly located on the main street of the historical center of Napoli. Great staff and excellent breakfast, beside that the garden was such a cozy place to relax and read . Great place to stay

A friend was here 1 year ago and told me he had a great time, so I booked 3 nights during my European tour. I must say that first of all the staff is really great! Friendly, helpful and very professional The place is very nice. Comfortable and spacious beds, very clean. Super nice garden to chill during the day. I highly recommend NAP hostel

Great Hostel! I've been to NAP before and I'm always so happy to come back! Perfect location and facilities and such a lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast is special and it's so nice to chill and hang around with other people. Forza NAPOLI

Perfect place to move around the city and to relax when the day is over. Clean, friendly staff and relaxed. One of the best i've ever stayed at

Pour moi tout était au top! Le personnel est hyper sympa, l’endroit est agréable et incite à faire des rencontres. L’emplacement est parfait pour faire toutes les activités à Naples. Je dirais que le seul point à changer serai de mettre plus de bancs ou d’espace où poser ses habits lors de la douche etc. Sinon l’espace dans les chambres est au top et j’ai trouvé le système de locker très pratique.

Great location - 5min walk to the montesanto metro and funicular. Lovely garden which was perfect if you wanted to get out of the Napoli buzz for a bit. I ate out but the kitchen seemed good. Lots of bathrooms so no queueing etc. I was on one of the top tier beds, and whilst I had good privacy it was very warm.

Perfect hostel, the dorm room was large and well laid out so it felt comfortable. Reasonably social and in a great location
