Not met on arrival. Room dark, claustrophobic. Not able to contact ‘host’ at all. Tried hostel world to change booking on first day but told to contact host. No response from host. Booked and paid in advance for 5 nights. Not able to get a refund. Couldn’tget a hold of anyone. No one present at the hostel. Very bad experience from start to finish. Full amount of money taken out of my account the day before -not upon arrival as stated on booking. No facilities.
