The location of the hostel is amazing, but everything else is far below average. Instead of key cards, they use a password system, which is honestly exhausting. You have to memorize a 6-digit code, and there are different codes for the entrance and the lockers as well. The bathrooms were not practical and good AT ALL. The rooms also had no air conditioning. Overall, it didn’t really feel like a hostel atmosphere. It’s only suitable if you just need a place to sleep in emergency.

No recomiendo nada. Habitaciones diminutas, Imparten reglas que no se cumplen, imposible dormir de lo ruidoso que es, habitaciones de mujeres si, pero la ducha fuera de la habitación sin traba y en piso compartido. Tuve que buscar un hotel aparte perdiendo dinero por haber querido ahorrar en un alojamiento “accesible”
I don't recommend anything. tiny rooms, impose rules that are not followed, impossible to sleep from how noisy it is, women's rooms yes, but shower outside the room without interruption and on a shared floor. i had to look for a hotel apart losing money for wanting to save on affordable accommodation

Terrible lockers, terrible entrance system, run down facilities and on top of that the staff is very rude, especially the short Asian guy with the glasses and the black guy which is probably even worse. The cleaning staff is also very rude, constantly being aggressive around you and looking at you like they don't even want you to be there, constantly moody and pissed off
The location is great and the hostel is clean, but in the other hand, the workers apart from one of them are terrible, 0 flexible and disrespectful. Also a bit insecure, as it’s in the city center many drunk people just come in and knock on doors of rooms, and twice I’ve seen a 40 year old English completely wasted in the kitchen, and the worst part is that the staff doesn’t even bother. Slecht hostel, mijn handdoek was meegenomen door de schoonmaakster en ze wilde hem niet terug geven. Verwarming in de kamer was kapot waardoor het heel warm was. Ik heb dit gemeld en hier is niks mee gedaan waardoor de ramen open moesten dit zorgde voor wrijving tussen de mensen in de kamer. Kluisje was kapot en hebben we ook gemeld weer niks mee gedaan en ook geen ander kluisje gekregen. Mensen die ook dit hostel afkomen zijn niet leuk. Iedereen lag de hele dag te slapen waardoor je geen moment
Bad hostel, my towel was taken by the cleaning lady and she wouldn't give it back. The heating in the room was broken which made it very hot. I mentioned it and here nothing was done with it which made the windows open which caused friction between the people in the room. The safe was broken and we also reported again nothing was done with it and neither did we get any other safe. The people who come to this hostel too are not nice. Everyone was sleeping all day so you have no moment.
If I could rate this place a negative amount of stars I would. Extremely filthy, BED BUGS DO NOT STAY! Showers were beyond disgusting .
This hostel is in a great location but that’s about it. First of all, the elevator requires you to take a flight of stairs before you can access it. Then, it opens up between floors, so you need to go up or down to get to your floor. My roommate and i stayed on the 3rd floor but had to use showers on the 2nd floor w/ a button you had to push every 10 sec for water. The beds creaked a lot and there were no lights or compartments in each bed. There also weren’t many hooks or power outlets.
No lo recomiendo, el personal desagradable y las habitaciones no son demasiada buenas, el baño demasiado chico. La verdad que no vale la pena.
I don't recommend it, the staff is nasty and the rooms aren't very good, the bathroom is too small.

Muy buena ubicación, el chico de recepción atento, los baños sucios,solo había un baño de ducharse de mujer el cual siempre estaba ocupado, los baños de mujeres los utilizaban los hombres y viceversa, el cuarto huele a polvo.
Very good location, attentive receptionist, dirty bathrooms, there was only a ladies' shower room which was always occupied, women's bathrooms were used by men and vice versa, the room smells of dust.
Wij waren daar met de studievereniging en het was top! De locatie en de prijs per nacht waren echt bang for your buck. Het enige minpuntje was dat de douches niet altijd schoon waren en dat er weinig wc’s en douches waren. Maar verder was het een top hostel met vriendelijk personeel
We were there with the study group and it was top notch! the location and the price per night were really scary for your buck. the only downside was that the showers weren't always clean and there were few toilets and showers. but other than that it was a top hostel with friendly staff.

La ubicación 10/10, pero habia duchas fuera de servicio, llegue y mi locker estaba roto, la verdad que uno de los recepcionistas si bien fue resolutivo con los inconvenientes no fue para nada amable, hasta que me cruce huespedes en general me sentí insegura, hacia calor. Recomiendo para mochilear.
The location 10/10, but there were showers out of service, I arrive and my locker is broken, the fact that one of the receptionists was so resolute with the inconveniences was not at all kind, until I crossed guests in general I felt insecure, towards heat.

Decided on Prague basically last minute and grabbed a bed here without thinking too much about it. Turned out to be a great call. The hostel is right in the thick of Old Town, you genuinely cannot be better placed for a short city break. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Check-in was quick even during busy hours. Sometimes you just get lucky with a booking and this was one of those times.
Popped in for a single night and left wishing I had more time in Prague. The hostel is right in the center, everything is walkable. Room was clean, WiFi worked fine - it was very fast which is rare for the hostels. Friendly staff, good vibe.
Popped in for one night between trips and it worked out fine. Room was clean, the lockers are a decent size, and the code entry system is straightforward once you figure it out the first time. The area is buzzing at night so don't expect silence, but the bed was comfortable enough that I slept through most of it.
Came to Prague for a weekend, location is really best spot, you step outside and you're already in the middle of everything. Irish bar downstairs was a fun stop. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lockers were big enough for my stuff. I had good stay.
Came to Prague for a few days mixing work and sightseeing and Best Spot worked well for both. WiFi was reliable which matters when you need to get things done, and the common area was a decent spot to set up for a couple of hours. Room was clean, bed comfortable, no noise issues during the day. In the evenings I could walk anywhere in the Old Town within minutes which made the whole trip feel very efficient. Overall a good cheap hostel if you plan on going out to party every night. The rooms with a window to the main street are noisy AF. Showers are uncomfortable. Shady dudes waiting to scam you at the main door during afternoon/night. solid 2/10
Pros: Prefect location. Just a few minutes from the train station and Old Town Square. Even though you're right in the heart of downtown, you can hardly hear anything from outside. Each bed is equipped with curtains that provide privacy. Cons: no air-conditioner (only for those who loves cold), The power outlet near the bed is located above your head, so charging your devices overnight is uncomfortable, The shower doesn't have a temperature control; it's WAY TOO HOT.

Beds good. Had a light, plug and curtains. The shower room was a slight issue as there is no private place to change. Shower is not big enough so if you take things in they will get wet. Toilet too small to change in. But other than that a great stay!

The location is so good. Right in the middle of the old town, 8 mins away from the clock. It was a fair stay value vs money, but they have noisy old beds that were annoying & rooms and bathrooms were so tight with no enough room.
No toilets in the room and it was very cramped in the showers & toilets. It was also cramped in the room with no space to put your bag anywhere but it wasn’t too bad. There are lockers but they are small. It’s in a good location, in the old town. The beds have curtains which help as it feels more private!
location is amazing👍. Safe locker is not safe cause it is easy open it even it is locked. It is not amazing clean. Probably next time I will try another hostel
