+ The room was clean and comfortable
- It said on the site there was a swimming pool and spa, the staff said it was all closed. Also it said there was a gym, this was two treadmills in an empty bedroom and the air con was really poor in there. There was no gym equipment or spa or anything of that sort apart from 2 running machines in a really small bedroom.

They did not have a room while we did make a reservation. Staff was impolite to us.
We confirmed our booking twice by telephone and in writing. When we arrived, there were no rooms available. The manager didn't want to find a solution and hung up on us. She left us without a hotel at 3am. When you don't know how to keep your commitments, you don't make them.

- Een hotel wat op het punt staat failliet te gaan. grooste deel van het hotel staat leeg. er stonden schilders op ons balkon. en als je vraagt om privacy lachen ze je uit! personeel spreek slecht engels. de spa was dicht want ze hadden niet genoeg personeel. hotel ligt ook ver van de stad vandaan

- Vochtige kamer, kakkerlakken op de kamer. Ontbijt was niet mogelijk in het restaurant i.v.m. feest. Ontbijt op de kamer gekregen maar was deels bedorven.

I got a private room 107. It does not have any windows, the room has a strange smell. I guess it's not well ventilated for many days. Even the room is big with a sofa and separated bathroom. The breakfast for scramble egg is super lousy. My grandma can cook better. Their bike dun seems to be well maintained. I prefer not to stay here anymore. I had a last min booking and it was late upon arrival.
Haben nicht den Ha giang Loop mit dem Hostel gemacht, also reine Hostelbewertung! Leider sehr enttäuscht, das Zimmer an sich ist ganz nett eingerichtet, jedoch Schimmelt es hier von oben bis unten, Luftfeuchhtugkeit ist so krass dass alles Feucht war danach. Geruch im Bad war wie als würde man in einem Gulli duschen und auch hier Schimmel überall. Am nächsten Tag war das Bad noch genauso Feucht wie es direkt nach dem Duschen war.. Außenanlage ganz Nett mit Pool und Bar etc.
Have not made the Ha giang Loop with the Hostel, so reine Hostelbewertung! Unfortunately very disappointed, the Room itself is quite neatly furnished, however Schimmelt es here from top to bottom, Air Humidity is so krass dass alles Feucht was danach. Geruch im Bad was like you would shower in a Gulli and also here Schimmel everywhere.
+ Very good breakfast selection of Vietnamese food. Bed was comfortable and the room had a good view of the river.
- Very VERY loud location right on the main highway. Our room was booked as non smoking but everything smelled of cigarettes. Checkout is at 12pm but the key is locked out an hour prior so had to be reprogrammed by the front desk. My wife left her jacket in the closet at checkout but it was immediately "not found" by the staff

Je suis venue en mai, hostel vraiment peu fréquenté à cette période donc pas d’ambiance du tout aha mais néanmoins pas mauvaise experience pour autant. Je cherchais du calme, à me relaxer près de la piscine et une chambre solo pas chère. La chambre était spacieuse, l’établissement propre et le personnel aux petits soins. La nourriture était délicieuse et copieuse ! Mais assez triste car la piscine était vide, ça serait bien de l’inscrire quelque part parce que j’avais chois...

+ Came here to do the Hagiang loop with motorevntures and oh my lord the hotel they provide was awful, I can’t even begin to describe how bad it was. We were going to sleep in our clothes and would’ve 100% became ill if we stayed there. So this place was a saviour and although it was alittle expensive for the quality of everything I deffo would stay here again it seemed like paradise compared to their neighbour
Top personnel très accueillant et aime échanger avec les Backpackers . Donne de bon conseil. Et si tu veut louer une moto pour la loop ils ont ce qu il faut et vraiment pas chère
Top staff very welcoming and likes to exchange with the backpackers . give good advice. and if you want to rent a motorcycle for the loop they have what you need and really cheap

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel est accueillant et de bons conseils. Nous avons réserver avec eux la Ha Giang loop (trip en moto) et c’était incroyable ! Nous recommandons !

Les dortoirs sont supers par contre piscine pas dispo alors que indiquée comme quatre saisons Ils ont aussi voulu me faire payer les casiers lorsque j’ai laissé mes affaires pour la loop car je n’ai pas réservé via eux alors qu’inscrit comme gratuit sur le site
The dorms are great however the pool is not available while marked as four seasons They also wanted to charge me for the lockers when I left my things for the loop because I didn't book through them while listed as free on the site

this was by far the best place we stayed on our trip so far!!! the staff are lovely and the loop with the hostel was so much fun. cannot recommend enough!
At first, they renamed the hostel a time ago so it’s basically impossible to find, even because Google Maps is giving you a couple different locations, they should fix that at asap. Beside from that, it was okay for a few nights, but do not expect overall to much. I could park my bike inside the lobby during the night what I really appreciated.
