Lushy Hostel Nusa Penida

My bed sheets were mouldy 💫

Good vibe, beach and staff. At first glance we wanted to extend. However, we found BED BUGS in the bed. They let us change room but we found bedbugs in both the second and third room we changed to!! Because there was no other hostel we could change to we got a fourth room. Did not find bedbugs there. they did not understand the seriousness and did not inform other guests.they did not close the rooms with bedbugs, only cleaned that specifik bed and did no decontamination which is bad for spread!

Staff weren’t helpful, bathrooms were disgusting and smelled, not enough social space for everyone, bedrooms were realllyyyy small, beds were big, noisy & nothing nearby

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The staff were really unfriendly and whenever you asked a question about the area, excursions or even checking out - I’d get met with rudeness and some wouldn’t even look me in the eye. It made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The room was not what it says and looks like on HW - it is a concrete, cold room with no window. Beds were big & food was nice but other than that - I was glad to leave.

They ask at the time of check in idr 500000 deposit in cash or your passport which is not mentioned at the time of booking. That is a malpractice because At the time of check out , they will scan your room to see if they can deduct anything ! Like room rent you have paid was for something else.

Not value and the beach is terrible. Stay somewhere else’s or just don’t go to penida it’s assssssss

Awesome crowd and very social but the hostel itself was nickeling and diming for literally everything. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were grungey. Shower area was outside and right by where people are congregating, so very little privacy. I arrived a day late and despite telling them about my late arrival with written confirmation that they understood this, they marked me as a “no show” and gave my room away. So I had to stay in some random back corner room for 1 night. Didn’t seem sorry ...

This hostel was really disappointing. The whole place smelled like the kitchen downstairs, and there were no common areas except for the bar down by the beach, where stray dogs were lying on the beanbags and scratching themselves. The pool didn’t look as nice as on the photos, and the beach was dirty and full of trash. The pictures are misleading. The dorms are narrow and look like prison cells, and there’s one dirty, old bathroom for the entire floor. We ended up leaving the same day…

the staff are all super friendly and welcoming. it’s a very social hostel right on the beach. tsaniya even went the extra mile to drive me to an atm when i needed one🥺

Amazing hostel much more relaxed. If you need a break from drinking in Canggu this is the place to be. Whilst here book a day trip to either West or South side a must do. Great staff 15 min walk to port if you don't want to pay for car or bike. Shoutout also to Jemma and Larissa the reps 10 out of 10.

It was too much fun, a proper party hostel by the beach & very social. Place is very small, also they can improve the showers but the price was really cheap so, i highly recommend

Loved this place, ended up extending an extra 5days. All the workers are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. Possibly one of the nicest hostels in Asia considering how cheap it is. Thanks for the amazing stay, will be back!

Very nice hostel with crazy good common areas ! It's also very focused on parties, it might not be the best for you if you don't want to party almost everyday
