un lindo lugar, muy bien ubicado. Sin zonas comunes para socializar. En mi caso viajaba solo y es lo que necesitaba. Muy tranquilo y agradable... todo funciono a la perfección!

the host was super kind and helped us with some tips and how to explore the city. the room is big enough and super clean. the room has a water boiler for coffe and some tea. the only bad thing is that when we arrived we had to wait for the host outside.

My room had everything I needed and was a walkable distance from most places, though I wouldn’t recommend walking from the train station S Lucia because there are many stairs on the way which you can’t see on the map. The staff was very friendly and the room seemed decently clean, but unfortunately, I found many hairs in the bathroom, in particular on anbathing mat draped across the shower. There was also something undefinable under the ledge of the head of the bed, I was kind of grossed out...

So happy I chose this place to stay at. It is perfect for a short trip - has everything you need and the most friendly staff.

The room was fantastic… updated furnishings, lovely view, nice bathroom with shower and bidet. Staff person was friendly. Communication via email was great. Only downside was no ability to drop luggage before 15:00 check in, but I managed. Water taxi is an adventure, but transports directly from Marco Polo Venice Airport to a 5-minute walk from the hostel.

The host was exceptionally accommodating and extremely nice. The room was comfortable and really clean. I wish I had more time there. This was my very first hostel experience and I’m glad it was this place. The gentleman that assisted with checking me, thanks again for helping me. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room was clean, front desk staff was very helpful with information and recommendations. Allowed us to keep our luggage there after check out. Great experience overall, would recommend to anyone traveling to Venice on a budget. Thank you!

I’m absolutely satisfied by the service of this hostel. Firstly it’s on the main Island! The area is not very touristy but all the main spots are within 10-15 minute. Closest was the Rialto bridge, San Marco and vaporreto stops too. The area is quiet, there are no dorms. My room was top notch clean, has AC, TV, small fridge, wardrobe and bathroom enough for one person. It’s perfect for solo travellers. When I’m next in Venice I’ll definitely be staying here. I had the most amazing stay here. It is in the perfect location and the room was very comfortable. The staff members were very polite and accommodating and gave the best recommendations. Definitely will be coming back!

If you had told me this was a 4 star hotel I wouldn't have disagreed! Excellent location, super friendly and knowledgable staff, and clean hostel.

There was some sort of booking mixup or situation so the staff relocated my stay to one of the other properties they own. It was very nice! They were very proactive with communication and directions and helpful throughout my stay. I can’t speak to the hostel space itself but I am sure it is great since it is run by the same people.
