Il y avait des odeurs dans la chambre et à la réception qui n’étaient pas super. Petite chambre. Moyennement propre avec des coulisses sur les murs et des éclaboussures sur les murs de salle de bain.

The gentleman at reception was amazing the bathroom could have been a bit bigger because I found it hard to move in. The only other thing is that when I was in the shower the light kept turning off which was a bit annoying Other than that I enjoyed myself

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé. Personnel top. Mais chambre très petite (lit contre le mur, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir sa valise au sol), isolation insuffisante, aération par ventilateur très bruyants ( obligation de dormir avec en raison de la chaleur en été mais difficile avec le bruit). Matelas extrêmement inconfortable, serviette de bain non changées durant 1 semaine. Salle de bain correcte mais zéro intimité car porte coulissante bringbalante.

Nice owner with a cute dog. Close to the beach and a bus station. Simple interior, but price performance ratio is okay Would recommend it for a short stay

Hi, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Chanteclair, I believe the location was in a great spot. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and accommodating if you wanted recommendations. However, I do believe some of the beds on the second floor contained bed bugs. My friend and I woke up with bites on our arms, neck, and face on consecutive nights. I would advise having the rooms fumigated before renting them out to further customers. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Nice location, staff very friendly. You get what you pay for. Shower was tiny but ok.

Everything was ok, the shower door was broken, but anyway was usable, the wc room was super super tiny, difficult to stay inside.

Staff are lovely the location couldn’t be better. Unfortunately the cleanliness left something to be desired I found food under my bed side table which wasn’t mine… i’d been there for two days. The shower in the shared bathroom also had a decent amount of mold around it and on the ceiling. Would definitely stay here again

Toller Gastgeber, jeden morgen leckeres und frisches französisches Frühstück. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ruhig und liegt im Herzen von Cannes.

Wonderful place to stay and explore the city. The owner was very helpfull and friendly.

Amazing Charming Family Owned Boutique Hotel ! Super close to Beach and Restaurant! Amazing Quality Pillows and Mattress! Great costumer Service! The Best sleep I’ve had in awhile! Hotel it’s on a courtyard away from the noise, very Peaceful atmosphere!

Overall i had an amazing stay at the hotel Chanteclair. Its very near to the market, bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Literally a few steps up the stairs and you are in the oldtown. Perfect place if you travel alone. The host was super friendly and his little dog brought laughter with his sillyness. Also the breakfast in the morning outside is what made me smile every morning :)

Unique atmosphere in the historic old town of Cannes. Pascal and Oscar are wonderful hosts. And Lin providing the fantastic read to this exceptional place.

Gorgeous character property in fab location near superb food market and old town. Stroll to shops & seafront. Kind hosts, friendly and professional. Rooms are lovely, beds very comfortable and everything very clean. Pretty courtyard garden to sit, read, buy a drink or purchase breakfast. Very relaxing place. I would love to stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay at Chanteclair! Pascal is such a kind and thoughtful host—he went out of his way to accommodate our arrival time and gave us fantastic suggestions that made our trip even better. The location is perfect, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and the beach. A sweet puppy named Adam hanging around the reception was also a lovely touch that added to the charm. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cannes!

Very happy with the place, super central the guy there is super nice his dog is also super cute. Overall good value if you need a central place to stay over that does not cost a fortune per night.

I loved staying at Chanteclair. It is a really lovely hotel and it’s location is perfect for exploring Cannes. The atmosphere was really calm and welcoming. I felt really safe during my stay and would recommend it to anyone solo travelling!

Hotel Chanteclair is an excellent location- close to restaurants and short walking distance to all main streets etc. The room was compact with double bed included but perfect for one person- shower and bathroom in room. My room was ready when I arrived early which made it super easy on me - thank you Pascal for a great stay !

I highly recommend this place – it's in a great location! Pascal and his adorable dog Adam will be there to warmly greet you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chanteclair. The owner/reception was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were perfectly sufficient with open windows for fresh air. The location couldn’t be better, it was a short walk to the beach, and even shorter to the old town centre where there is lots happening all the time. The cleanliness was fine, it didn’t feel ‘dirty’ as such, but could do with a deep clean at some point. Overall, we enjoyed this stay and would come back!

Amazing location for the price. Cannes is a small town so everything is conveniently located walking distance. The host was so kind and helpful during the entirety of the stay. I would come back to this location next time I am visiting the city again!
