+ Ubicación, cerca de varias líneas de metro.
- La habitación tiene una puerta de entrada transparente donde traspasa toda la luz del pasillo y no hay privacidad. El colchón es muy incómodo, se te clavan los muelles en la espalda y la colcha no te tapa los pies.
+ Lo único bueno de este hotel es el colchón y almohada.
- Personal 0 atención al cliente. En el momento de check in hablan con otras personas solo cogiendo tus papeles sin dar la bienvenida ni nada. Check out lo mismo, sin levantar la mirada del ordenador. La habitación de chicos se encuentra en un sótano con olor a humedad. Las camas están separadas con una cortina, hola el vecino.

- One person shared the room came in to the room 2:30 in the morning and made large noises to get ready to go to bed. If a separate room is allocated to people who come back to the room really late in the evening it will be better.

- La habitación era literal un zulo. La habíamos reservado para pasar la noche por un cambio de planes, y al ser fin de semana, no había muchas más opciones a un precio “razonable”. Por esta habitación pagamos 105€, no barata precisamente. Te ponen una toalla mini, y si quieres una más grande la tienes que pagar ( aunque es poco, creo que por ese precio un mínimo). Delante de la habitación están las duchas, baños..por lo que se oye todo… mi consejo: reserva con tiempo para que no tengas que meterte en sitios como este 🤣
+ BED BUGS are present in the male shared dormitory. Stayed two nights and was bit a few times by them. Something needs to be addressed with this due to the number of people coming in and out of the hostel. Other than that very friendly staff and great location. Rooms are a little cramped but not unbearable. It’s super great that the cafe is attached and provides a good area to hang out and socialize.

- The price they charge and the quality they serve is absolutely ridiculous. The breakfast old contains stale bread; the rooms aren’t clear and also the washrooms are dirty.

I appreciated the interactions I had - for me, the mustiness of the basement dorms impacted my health with the air quality
We only stayed one night. Good location if you’re looking to get away from the hustle of Shinjuku or shibuya. Close to the train station. Overall decent stay.
There is no security box to put your stuff in.Next day after paying and extending my stay for one more day guy from reception came to me during breakfast and told me that I can't stay one more day because they have a big group coming. He refunded my money.Problem was I already made plans and paid for tour.Eveything changed in a second. Where is that famous Japanese kindness and hospitality? Definitely not in this hostel !!!
A great location, friendly and helpful staff, basic breakfast included.. Convenience stores close by, trains too. Nice area overall and close to palace. Basic facilities, missing a kitchen or general dining area

+ The staff was really helpful and friendly. The location of the hostel was also really nice. It's 2mins away from Jimbocho station and all the bookstores are also within 200 meters.

- Quizá mejoraría el desayuno, unas tostadas con mermelada para la mayoría no es un desayuno completo. Quizá algo de fruta y yogur
