Receptionist needs some more customer service skills… Had to enter 3 rooms at check in to finally get my room. 1st time I entered a room all beds had dirty/used sheets on the bed (meaning someone didn’t clean the room) Receptionist looked at me like I was crazy so i recommended that she go look at the room.. 2nd room I entered (once I was switched) was for a 6 bed dorm but I had paid for a 4 bed dorm (so that’s what I wanted) 3rd time is a charm (finally) entered a room (4 beds and clean)

Really just felt like staying in a hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were terrific and very clean. Close enough to public transport. Not much of an energetic atmosphere but that doesn't mean bad, just a very professional place. Breakfast was great, would certainly recommend.
Es war sehr dreckig, ich hatte benutzte Bettwäsche auf meinem Bett und sowohl das Bad auf dem Zimmer, als auch die öffentlichen Toiletten waren schmutzig. Die Lage ist allerdings gut, es gibt eine gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Habe aber nicht dort geschlafen, da es mir zu ekelhaft war.
Not bad for the price. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm, and it was comfortable overall. They initially gave me a bed that hadn’t been cleaned, but they quickly moved me to another one. I also really liked the self check-in process. The tram is only a couple hundred feet from the hostel, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a good stay
Nice atmosphere at all times, whether that's 6pm or 2am. I went to reception to ask to swap rooms, due to noise, and they were very good about it, and swapped me immediately.
My whole experience was completely without any staff interaction, which I was a bit surprised about, to be honest, but in retrospect, I can understand that this is the model that enables us to get better prices. So if you are prepared to handle check in online by installing the A&O app on your phone and typing in the check in data, prepare to be able to walk up straight to your room and open your door with your phone, that you should be thrilled. Great price-performance!

Tive uma péssima experiência no a&o Frankfurt. Reservei a cama em um quarto pra 4 pessoas e o quarto era tão apertado que as camas estavam grudadas, ou seja, espaço e privacidade zero. Além disso, não dava pra abrir o locker embaixo da cama pra guardar a mala. Mas o pior de tudo foi a falta de limpeza do banheiro, que estava sujo e cheirando mal. Eles permitem check-in depois das 11 da noite, 2 pessoas entraram de madrugada no quarto e uma delas deitou-se ao meu lado lado e não me deixou ...
Ich habe ne Nacht hier verbracht und das war sehr schön. Gute Erfahrung mit Privatem Zimmer gehabt. Danke weiter so
Mi experiencia fue buena, el hostal esta muy cerca del centro, muy buena limpieza y atención, espero volver.
Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend und die Lage des Hostels ist super. angenehme Umgebung und auch nicht volle Lautstärke der Strasse der Stadt da das Hostel etwas am Rande liegt.Die Sauberkeit ist aber defintiv zu bemängeln. Habe vorallem das Bett etwas genauer angeschaut und habe viele viele Haare gefunden die nicht von uns stammen konnten. Das hat mich ziemlich angeekelt.
Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. :)
Reception was busy on an evening with lots of people coming in and out freely. We used the kitchen which was dirty and the pans supplied were also dirty. The room layout was very strange with me and my partner in a double bed with a bunk bed opposite. Someone entered the room at midnight, turned the light on and then left. Cheap accommodation but would stay elsewhere next time.
-Cuisine sans fenêtre avec la chaleur de cuisson très difficile d'y rester en plus on a pas droit de laisser la porte ouverte. -Réception mal aéré trop chaud parfois quand il y a beaucoup de monde. -Chambre très serré. -Pour moi loin du centre-ville, il faut prévoir 25 min avec Tram.
