- During my stay there were multiple serious safety issues. Police and security were called to our room due to an apparent overdose involving alcohol and drugs by another guest. Despite this, we were initially expected to remain in the same room, which had been left in an unhygienic condition. When we requested another room, we were told none were available and were assigned rooms that turned out to already have occupied beds, before eventually being moved again. Later, an unauthorized man slept overnight in our female-only room, which represents a serious breach of safety and privacy. The response from staff did not reflect the seriousness of the situation. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet basic safety expectations.

- No kitchen or common areas to eat or stay outside the room which is absolutely crazy! Room was smelly the whole time, one of the roommates was there day and night and didn’t shower for a while I guess as was very smelly The toilet is never clean? I had to clean with the shower When I couldn’t handle the smells more I changed to an individual room

- Do not book this place. It’s a complete trap. The hotel has extremely restrictive rules that are not clearly stated on Booking.com. You are not allowed to bring any drinks — not even water — or simple snacks, neither in the common areas nor inside your own room. If you have dietary restrictions, they simply do not care and offer no reasonable alternatives. There is no shower gel provided in the showers, and if you need to buy it from them, they charge €2 for just 30 ml, which is unreasonable. The reception staff is cold, unwelcoming, and clearly lacks basic customer service and empathy. Very bad experience. I do not recommend it.

- L'établissement était touché par une fraude, et aucun message en amont auprès des clients... je me suis donc fait pirater et au final, seul une affiche est placardée sur le comptoir, mais lorsqu'on en prend connaissance il est deja trop tard

Tout s’est bien passé ! Pour l’accueil, il y a une personne qui n’est pas très souriante et j’ai eu l’impression de la déranger, mais les autres personnes sont très gentilles. Le dortoir est fonctionnel et propre. C’est agréable de ne pas avoir plus de quatre personnes dedans. Le seul bémol, c’est la salle de bain qui n’est pas très insonorisée, donc on entend vraiment tout, mais c’est un luxe de l’avoir directement dans la chambre. Je trouve ça dommage de ne pas avo...
Fin hotel til prisen. Især hyggelig med bar og mulighed for at spille brætspil mm (gratis). Fik god service af Wiktoria i baren :) Vores børn var vilde med brætspilshyggen ♣️♦️♠️♥️
